Marinette
It was 9:39 and I had just stepped out of the shower. My hair were still a bit wet, but I didn't mind. I wore a plain white shirt, along with my blue jeans and my favourite socks! Seriously, they were so cute with those green paws on.
"Hey, Marinette?" Adrien asked, coming out of the kitchen.
"What is it?"
"How many teaspoons of salt did you put into those cookies?" He asked.
"2, why?" I asked.
"Uh, no reason." He said and disappeared back into the kitchen.
After a few seconds I widened my eyes.
"Adrien, are you trying to bake?" I asked.
"Maybe!" He yelled so I could hear him.
My jaw dropped. I silently prayed for the fate of our kitchen. Let it at least go out with a simple burn.
"I'm not useless, you know." Adrien said.
"I've just... never seen you bake before." I shrugged.
Adrien pressed his lips into a thin line. He then walked back into the kitchen. After a few minutes with me wondering what the hell he was about to do, he came towards me with a plate full of chocolate chip cookies. They were fresh out of the oven, and they smelled quite good.
"Ok, miss baker! Try 'em." He offered me one.
I hesitated, but finally bit the cookie. I widened my eyes. It was delicious! Perhaps even better that papa's.
"So how was my first time baking?" He asked, standing proudly in front of me.
"Your first time? Your first time! This is delicious. How the hell?" I exclaimed, only to make him smirk proudly.
"You still think I can't bake?"
"I never said that to begin with!"
"I'm sure you thought of it."
Suddenly, the doorbell rang. We both looked at the clock to see that it was already 10:06.
"Time flies!" I mumbled.
Adrien answered the door, and let Alya and Nino in.
"We brought the Pizza!" Alya exclaimed.
"Two pepperoni classics, ready to be eaten!" Nino said.
The two of them set the pizzas to a small table and we all sat around and ate. We talked about many things, that were not related to each other, and after playing some boardgames, including UNO in which I beat them all 3 times, we decided to watch a movie. It was really late, so we just watched the first thing that we came across on Netflix.
"These cookies are really good! Did you make this Marinette?" Nino said, munching on Adrien's delicious cookies.
"Not this time Nino! You're in for a surprise..." I said.
Nino looked at Adrien suspiciously.
"These are yours?"
Adrien slightly nodded and Nino widened his eyes.
"You can cook? Great! Now I feel even more useless." He mumbled.
"Be quiet! I'm watching!" Alya hished at us.
"You're actually watching the movie?" I raised an eyebrow.
"It's really interesting." She shyly said.
"Well then, I should watch it too." Nino sat beside her.
I could see Alya blushing a bit, but since the room was dark, I don't think anyone else noticed. Adrien and I decided to go out to the balcony, since we didn't really want to watch the movie.
