On the next day, the group of friends gathered at the hospital to visit Jeonghan. They're happy to see each other again but at the same time they're sad because they don't want this kind of reunion, seeing a sick friend with a very serious heart disease.

The group of friends were also surprised when they found out that Miyoung is pregnant again and carrying twins. The others can't help but had a friendly argument about what will be the genders and names of the twins. The couple just laughed at them.

Two weeks had passed and still no news about the heart transplant. Miyoung even went to the doctors herself to ask about it. The doctor kept apologizing and saying that there's still no heart available or donated but they'll try all the best they can.

Jeonghan and Miyoung's parents became more worried about Jeonghan's condition, even their kids—Jaekyung and Haejo. The Yoon siblings can't stop their tears. They don't want to see their daddy getting weaker and weaker everyday because of his heart.

Everyone in Jeonghan's group of friends felt hurt. They hate seeing each other in pain and having a hard time. They really wanted to help but they couldn't, so they just wish their friend all the best and positive, and pray for his condition.

Since Jeonghan couldn't get out of the hospital room, Miyoung went to check her twins's genders. Her brother, Wonwoo, accompanied her.

"Where have you been?" Jeonghan, who's sitting on his bed, asked when Miyoung and Wonwoo came back to his room.

"Yeobo, we have to think a name for a boy and a name for a girl." Miyoung said excitedly as she sat on the chair beside her husband's bed.

"What do you mean?" Jeonghan asked, furrowing his eyebrows.

"I just went to check our twins' genders."

"You went all by yourself?! I must have gone with you." Jeonghan crossed his arms on his chest.

"You know you can't, yeobo. You're stuck here in this room." Miyoung said. "And I went with my brother, okay?"

"So, our twins will be a girl and a boy?"

"Yeah." Miyoung said and pecked Jeonghan's lips.

Silence took over the room again. They can hear nothing except the sound of Wonwoo's phone. Miyoung's brother is busy playing a game on his phone again.

"Y-yeobo, what if no heart will be donated for me?" Jeonghan broke the silence.

Miyoung looked at her husband with a worried look. "Hannie-yah, here you go again. Don't say that, okay? Be always on the positive." She then took Jeonghan's hand and caressed it.

"But yeobo, what if I d—"

Before Jeonghan could continue his sentence, Miyoung pecked his lips. "Stop thinking and saying those things."

Jeonghan just gave his wife a faint smile and nodded. He then put his hand on Miyoung's big belly. "Areum. I'll name her Areum." He blurted.

"Why?" Miyoung chuckled.

"Areum means beautiful." Jeonghan answered and winked. "And she'll be as beautiful as her mother."

Miyoung chuckled and asked, "How about the boy?"

"You'll name him. I've already given the name of the girl." Jeonghan pinched Miyoung's cheek.

"Fine."

"So, what will be his name?"

"Uhh, I don't know. I can't think well for now, yeobo." Miyoung answered and shrugged.

"It's okay. There's still time."

"Hmmm... Jungchan? How about that?" Miyoung asked.

"It's cute." Jeonghan said and smiled.

Miyoung chuckled and put the hair on her face behind her ear.

"I still can't believe that I'm carrying twins." She said and caressed her belly. Jeonghan just chuckled at her and took his wife's hand to hold it.

"I can't wait to see them, yeobo."

Another week had passed, there's still no heart donor for Jeonghan. Miyoung and Jeonghan's parents even went to the doctor and ranted.

"Please calm down, Mrs. Yoon. You're pregnant." The doctor told Miyoung.

Miyoung scoffed and said, "How can I calm down if my husband will die anytime soon?! You're a doctor! You should do everything for your patients to get well. He can't die! I know there's a chance!"

A tear started to roll down on Miyoung's cheeks. She started to sob loudly, even the other visitors at the lobby were already looking at her. Jeonghan's mother rubbed Miyoung's back to calm her down.

"Doctor, please do everything for my son. We're begging you." Jeonghan's mother said as she wiped the tear on her right cheek. The doctor nodded and sighed.

"His heart disease is getting worse. Please don't just—" Jeonghan's father's words got interrupted.

"Doctor, we need you at the room 525 now! Right now!" The nurse, who just ran to the lobby to call the doctor, said as she panicked.

"R-room 525?! T-that's my husband's room!" Miyoung panicked as she walked carefully in a fast pace to her husband's room.

"Miyoung-ah, be careful!" Jeonghan's father told her.

They were about to get inside the room where Jeonghan is but the nurse stopped them and told them to wait outside the room for a while.

Seungcheol also got told by the nurse to wait outside. Miyoung pulled his wrist and asked, "What happened to Jeonghan?!"

"We were just talking when he told me he felt his heart suddenly palpitate, then his breathing became heavy. I panicked and called a nurse immediately." Seungcheol explained. Miyoung can feel the sadness and worry on his voice. She then sobbed loudly as Seungcheol pulled her into a tight hug.

"No, this can't be happening." Jeonghan's mother cried as she hugged her husband. Her husband hugged her back.

"He'll be fine, yeobo. Our son will fight. He won't leave us as early as now." Jeonghan's father said.

After an hour of waiting, the doctor and nurses came out from Jeonghan's room. Seungcheol, Miyoung, and Jeonghan's parents stood up and went near to the doctor.

"How's my husband?" Miyoung asked.

"It became worse." The doctor said and sighed. "He needs to receive a heart transplant in three days. We can't wait longer anymore. It's possible that he'll die very soon." He added.

Miyoung broke down into tears again, as well as Jeonghan's parents and Seungcheol.

"I'll leave you here. You can get inside now." The doctor said before he walked away.

Miyoung, Seungcheol, and Jeonghan's parents went inside the room. Miyoung can't help but burst into tears louder than earlier. She's hurt seeing her husband lying on the bed, has a very serious heart disease, and the worst is he'll die anytime very soon.

Seeing his bestfriend in this state, Seungcheol let his tears rolled down on his cheeks. He's very worried about Jeonghan and his family. He can't just leave this world as early as soon.

Miyoung went beside Jeonghan's bed and caressed her husband's face. Her other hand took Jeonghan's hand and held it tight.

"Yeobo, please don't leave us."
