° Miyoung's POV °

Two days had passed and my husband is still not waking up. I'm alone with my husband in the hospital room, sitting beside the bed.

I've already told his and our friends about his condition. They said they'll visit Jeonghan after work, the others on the other day.

I held Jeonghan's hand tightly while staring at his handsome face.

"Yeobo, wake up." I said with a soft voice. Of course, I got no response from him. I sighed.

I heard the door opened. I saw my brother with my kids entered the room. Jaekyung ran to me and hugged me tight. Wonwoo is carrying Haejo.

"Mommy, why is daddy here? What happened?" She asked. I can feel the sadness on her voice.

"Your daddy has a heart disease but he'll be fine, okay? Don't worry." I answered and patted her head.

"What kind of heart disease, mommy?"

"Heart failure. He needs a heart transplant."

"What will happen if he did not receive a heart transplant?" She asked worriedly.

I don't want to say the word. I just gave her a faint smile while caressing her smooth hair.

"Mommy, tell me!"

I sighed and just told her, "Let's just pray for his condition, okay?" I gave her forehead a kiss.

"H-he won't d-die, right? He'll fight for us. He'll see my twins siblings." She cried. I wiped her tears using my thumb.

"He won't leave us, baby. He'll stay with us." I told her and gave her forehead a kiss again.

"His hands moved." Wonwoo told us.

I looked at him then to my husband. He's slowly opening his eyes.

"Y-yeobo, where am I?" He asked with a weak voice.

"Hospital. You finally woke up after two days." I told him.

"Are you serious? Two days?" I nodded to his questions.

"What happened?"

"You fainted again. Seungcheol brought you here."

"Why do you have to bring me here?"

Before I could continue, a doctor came inside the room.

"You're awake, Mr. Yoon. How are you feeling?" He asked.

"Fine."

"Have you found out what is the problem with you?" My husband shook his head.

"You have a heart disease, Mr. Yoon. It's a heart failure."

Jeonghan's eyes widened, he asked, "Is it worst?"

"Yes. You need a heart transplant as soon as possible. We'll wait for a month for someone's heart to give it you, but if a month passes and we still didn't receive anything, your condition will be worsen."

"W-will I die?"

The doctor sighed and nodded. "It is possible, and heart transplant is the only solution." He said.

"So, it's almost noon. You should take your lunch now." The doctor said as he looked at his wristwatch. He then left the room.

° No one's POV °

Jeonghan just finished eating his lunch. He's sitting on his bed, thinking something. While his kids fell asleep on the sofa inside the room.

"Is that true?"

"I won't die, right?"

"How did this happen to me?"

Lots of questions inside Jeonghan's mind. He's afraid. He doesn't want to die. He wants to see his twins soon and raise them together with his wife. He doesn't want that his wife will raise their kids all by herself.

"Are you crying?"

Jeonghan's thoughts got interrupted by Miyoung's soft voice. He looked at his wife, sitting on the chair beside his bed.

"H-huh?"

"Well, you are." Miyoung said and wiped the tears on her husband's cheeks.

"Don't cry, yeobo. I know you'll fight for us." Miyoung said as she took Jeonghan's hand and held it tight.

"Yes, I am. But what if this is really my time? The time when my life will be taken away?"

"Jeonghan, don't say that. You won't die, okay? You'll see our twins. We will raise our kids together. We will be always with them until they grow up."

A tear rolled down on Miyoung's cheek. Jeonghan looked away from his wife. He doesn't want to see Miyoung crying. It weakens him.

"Look at me." Miyoung told her husband. Jeonghan did what his wife asked to. His wife then cupped Jeonghan's cheek with her hand.

"You won't die, okay? Don't think negative things."

Miyoung then took Jeonghan's hand and placed it on her belly. "Our twins can't wait to see you."

Jeonghan smiled at him and caressed his wife's belly. "We should think names for them now."

"Let's find out their genders first."

Then, someone entered the room. It's Seungcheol. He gave the couple a warm smile.

"Feeling better, Jeonghan?" He asked.

"Yes, but I need a heart transplant as soon as possible."

"I know." Seungcheol said and said beside Miyoung.

"You'll be fine, Jeonghan. We pray for you to get better." He added.

"Thanks." Jeonghan said and gave Seungcheol a faint smile.

"By the way, our friends said that they will all come here tomorrow."

"Really? I can't wait to see them after a long time." Miyoung said excitedly.

"Me too."
