Jeonghan woke up to the beeping sound of the machine which is beside his bed. He slowly put his hand on his chest, feeling his heart beating regularly. He moved his head and looked around the room, he then saw his wife sleeping on the sofa while their kids are nowhere to be seen.

"Yeobo..." Jeonghan called with a soft voice.

Miyoung woke up when Jeonghan called him for the second time. She carefully stood up and went beside Jeonghan.

"How are you feeling?"

"Fine." Jeonghan answered and smiled.

"I'll just call the doctor."

"What for?"

"He told me to call for him when you woke up." Miyoung said as she patted Jeonghan's head.

Jeonghan just nodded and Miyoung went outside to call the doctor.

When the doctor entered, he greeted Jeonghan with a smile and told him that the operation went well. Jeonghan thanked him and asked who his heart donor is.

The doctor sighed and said, "I'll be right back. I'll just get something." He then left the room.

"Where's our kids anyway?" Jeonghan asked.

"They're at home with my mom and Wonwoo."

After a few moments, the doctor came back with small envelopes on his hand.

"Mr. Yoon, are you sure you're ready to know who your heart donor is?" He asked.

Jeonghan looked at the doctor with a confused look and suddenly felt his heart beats fast in nervousness. Miyoung also felt the same way.

"I know how much it will hurt you because he told me how close your friendship is and how important all his friends to him, but he really wanted to help. I can't stop him, it's his choice." The doctor said and gave the small envelopes to the couple.

"I'll get going. Just call me when you need something." The doctor said before he left the couple in the room.

Jeonghan sat up carefully and took a look all the letters' envelope. All envelopes have their names on it.

When Jeonghan found the envelope which has his name on it, he took it and gave the other letters to his wife.

"Y-you're going to read it now?" Miyoung asked, controlling her tears not to fall. She already had an idea who Jeonghan's heart donor is.

Jeonghan just sighed and opened the envelope. He took the paper and opened it which is folded into three. His heart can't stop beating in nervousness. It beats faster when he recognized the hand writing of the person who wrote it.

"No... It can't be." Jeonghan thought as he gulped.

Jeonghan hasn't started reading the letter yet but he already burst into tears by recognizing the hand writing. Miyoung immediately hugged Jeonghan to comfort him.

"W-why are you crying? Y-you haven't even started reading the letter..." She said with a shaky voice.

"Y-yeobo... why does he have to do this?" Jeonghan sobbed harder as he hugged his wife back.

"Maybe he has a reason. Read the letter first." Miyoung said with a soft voice and kissed Jeonghan's forehead.

"Please tell the others to gather here now." Jeonghan told his wife.

Miyoung then went to the table beside the sofa to grab her phone and send a message to their friends.

Jeonghan wiped his tears and grabbed the letter from his lap. He unfolded it again and started reading.

To: My bestfriend Jeonghan ♡

Hello Jeonghanie :)

Sorry if I chose to be anonymous to all of you although you will find out after the operation. I even told the doctor to not tell about this to you. I told no one because I don't want someone will stop me. I really wanted to help you, my bestfriend. So I did.

I am really sorry for leaving you guys just like that but I promise I won't forget all of you. I will always remember you and all the memories we made with our friends in my mind and in my heart which is in you now. Please take care of my heart very well.

I wrote letters to all of you as my remembrance. My last remembrance to all of you. Because I want you to have something to keep for me. Sorry if I didn't bid my goodbyes properly but I hope you won't get mad at me.

Please don't be sad and don't let yourself get stress and sick. I want you to smile always and be happy with your family and with your life.

Take care of yourself, your wife, and your kids. I'll just watch you guys from heaven. :)

I am very sorry for all the mistakes I've done to all of you. I hope you will forgive me. I am very thankful because I met amazing people like you guys. I know no one can break our friendship because it's strong. It's strong as our love to each other.

So, I guess this is where my letter ends... :)

P.S.: Please bury my body at the ***** cemetery. That's the place where my parents are buried and I want my body to be buried beside my parents'.

Jeonghan burst into tears once again. Miyoung can't help but sobbed too. She just finished reading the letter to her from Seungcheol. She then hugged Jeonghan and caressed his hair.

"H-he didn't have to do this... He should have l-let me die..." Jeonghan said between his loud sobs. Miyoung didn't speak and just gave her husband a peck on his head.

Later on, the door opened and their friends entered one by one, including Miyoung's brother. They were shocked seeing Jeonghan sobbing hard.

"Hey hyung. What happened?" Soonyoung asked worriedly.

"Jeonghan hyung, why are you crying?" Chan asked worriedly and went beside Miyoung.

"You still haven't heard about Seungcheol, have you?" Miyoung asked their friends. The guys shook their heads as they noticed Seungcheol is the only one who isn't inside the room.

"Speaking of hyung, w-where is he?" Seungkwan asked nervously as he looked around the room.

"W-wait... Don't t-tell me..." Mingyu said with a shaky voice.

All of them are feeling the same way. They're trying to hold back their tears but the others couldn't stop it, so they let it out.

"Seungcheol left a letter to all of us, and Jeonghan and I have read the letter for us already." Miyoung said as she distributed the letters to each of them.

"But w-where is h-he?" Vernon asked.

"He's still here somewhere in the hospital but..."

"But what?"

"But in the morgue."
