One month later, Jeonghan finally got discharged from the hospital. Seungcheol's body buried four days after Jeonghan woke up. Jeonghan wasn't able to come to his bestfriend's burial even he really wanted to because he was still confined at the hospital but Miyoung went with her brother and kids.

Jeonghan still can't believe that his bestfriend did that for him. He is thankful but at the same time he is hurt. He couldn't get over of it because it really hurt him so much. Not only him, but his friends too.

Days, weeks, months had passed well with the family and Miyoung is now on her 7th month of pregnancy. She's very thankful because Jeonghan is always there for her no matter what happens.

The couple went out to the groceries to buy needed stuff at home. Their kids are left at home with Miyoung's mother.

While looking around, Jeonghan bumped into a woman that looks familiar to him and to Miyoung. The woman looked at them as her eyes widened.

"Omo, you two look familiar." The woman said as she pointed at the couple.

"I remember! You were my students at SeungRi High school, weren't you?"

"Oh yes, Teacher Song Hakyung." Miyoung said and gave the woman, which was their homeroom teacher, a wide smile.

"You must be Jeon Miyoung?" The teacher asked and Miyoung nodded.

"And he is Yoon Jeonghan, right?" She asked as she looked at Jeonghan. The man nodded at him with a smile.

"It's very nice to see you again, Teacher Song. How are you? Are you still teaching?" Jeonghan asked.

"Yes. By the way, they call me Teacher Shin now because I'm married." The woman smiled.

"How about you two? It's obviously you ended up together. Is that your first child, Miyoung?" The teacher asked as she saw Miyoung's big belly and pointed at it.

"We're always doing well, and yes, Jeonghan is my husband. This is my third time of being pregnant." Miyoung answered.

"Oh, it's so nice. I bet you have a wealthy family." Teacher Song smiled. "I shouldn't have called you Jeon Miyoung earlier. It is Yoon Miyoung now." She giggled.

"It's okay." Miyoung chuckled.

"So, it's been a very long time since I met you, I would like to treat you a lunch with me." Teacher Song said.

"No, it's okay. You don't have to." Jeonghan said politely.

"Come on. I don't see you often. At least I could I have a bonding with my past students."

The couple can't help but agreed. Their high school teacher just wants to have a bonding with them. It will be fun.

After doing groceries, the couple and the teacher went to a restaurant nearby. They ordered some food and then waited to be served.

While waiting for the food they have ordered, they talk about their work, family, and stuff.

When the food served on the table, they still continue talking to each other until their topic went about friends.

The teacher asked how their friends are doing. Jeonghan couldn't help but went silent and looked down on his food. Miyoung noticed it, so she decided to answer the teacher.

"We're all doing well. Some of them are very successful with their lives and have their own family and kids."

Jeonghan sniffed which made his wife and the teacher looked at him.

"Jeonghan-ah, are you okay?" The teacher asked worriedly.

"Uhh, yes. Don't worry about me... I just remembered someone." Jeonghan faintly smiled at the teacher.

"May I ask who's that someone you're talking about?"

"He's my bestfriend since we were in high school. He became your student too." Jeonghan answered as he looked away from the teacher.

"I think I know who it is... Is it Mr. Choi Seungcheol?"

Jeonghan sadly nodded at the teacher and let his tears rolled down on his cheeks.

"I'm sorry if I don't know anything, but did something happen to him?" Teacher Song asked curiously.

"Yes, teacher." Miyoung answered.

"He is..." Jeonghan sniffed. He couldn't continue what he's going to say.

He gulped and sighed before he continued, "He's dead, teacher."

The teacher gasped. She can't believe what she just heard.

"What happened? H-how? He's such a kind man. How could he die?"

Jeonghan couldn't answer to the teacher because he can't stop himself from crying. Miyoung answered for him.

"My husband had a heart failure months ago. We waited for weeks for a heart donor but there's still no one. When Jeonghan's condition worsen and needed to receive a heart transplant within three days, someone volunteered to be his heart donor. Honestly, we didn't have any idea that Seungcheol will be his heart donor. He didn't tell no one because he knew someone will stop him. He said he really wanted to help Jeonghan that's why he did it." Miyoung explained.

"What a kind-hearted man he is." Teacher Song sighed. "But as I know, his parents are dead, right?" She asked and Miyoung nodded as her response.

"So, the heart in Jeonghan is Seungcheol's heart, your bestfriend?"

"Yeah." Jeonghan sadly said.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know everything." The teacher sighed.

"It's okay. You don't have to be sorry, teacher." Jeonghan faintly smiled.

After having a conversation and finishing their lunch, the teacher bid goodbye to the couple before she went out of the restaurant with the couple and left.

The couple went back home. The whole ride was so silent but Miyoung didn't bother to talk.

At home, their kids welcomed them happily. Jeonghan gave his kids a forehead kiss before he went to the bedroom.

Miyoung's mother helped her daughter to organize all the things they've bought at the groceries. She also noticed Jeonghan's sad face before he went to the bedroom.

"Miyoung-ah, what happened to your husband? Did you two fight?" Mrs. Jeon asked worriedly.

"No, we didn't."

"Then why is he like that?"

Miyoung then explained all what happened earlier at the grocery and at the restaurant that they met their high school teacher. After Miyoung told all the happenings earlier to her mom, Mrs. Jeon understood why Jeonghan is like that. They just let Jeonghan be for a while.
