Jeonghan quickly went down stairs while Wonwoo called his mother who's at the room of Miyoung's kids. The kids got woken up too.

"H-hey yeobo—"

Before Jeonghan could finish his sentence, Miyoung cut her off.

"Just b-bring me to the hospital n-now!"

Jeonghan carefully carried his wife in a bridal style and went out of the house. He called Wonwoo and asked to open the car's door, so he did. He then gently sat Miyoung beside the driver's seat while Wonwoo sat on the back.

"Let's go now. Mom and Miyoung's kids will just follow us." Wonwoo said then Jeonghan started to drive off to the hospital.

"H-hurry, p-please..." Miyoung said as she breathe heavily.

"Hold on tight." Jeonghan said as he held Miyoung's hand tightly.

When they finally arrived at the hospital, nurses came to help them and bring Miyoung to the delivery room.

Jeonghan and Wonwoo left outside of the delivery room. Just then, Miyoung's kids and her mother arrived.

They can hear Miyoung's scream from the outside. The kids got startled and became worried of their mother.

"Daddy, what happened to mommy?" Haejo asked worriedly.

"Is she alright?" Jaekyung asked.

Jeonghan then faced his kids and said, "She's giving birth to your siblings, okay? You're excited to see them, aren't you?"

"Yes, we are. But mommy is screaming in pain. I'm so worried about her." Jaekyung said and pouted.

"She'll be fine, baby." Jeonghan said and gave his kids a peck on their foreheads.

A nurse then went outside of the delivery room and looked for the husband.

"Who's the husband?" Asked the nurse.

"Me." Jeonghan answered.

"Your wife is looking for you." The nurse said as she gestured Jeonghan to come inside the room.

Jeonghan immediately took Miyoung's hand and intertwined it with his when he entered the room. He looked at his wife's sweaty and tired face.

"I'm here, yeobo. I know you can do this." Jeonghan said and pecked Miyoung's lips.

"Ahh— I c-can't. It h-hurts." Miyoung said between her panting.

"You can, yeobo." Jeonghan kissed her lips once again.

"Come on, Mrs. Yoon. Push!" The doctor told Miyoung.

"I— ughh— ahhhhh." Miyoung screamed as she pushed hard.

"Push harder." One of the nurses said. Miyoung pushed once again.

"Keep pushing. We can see the head now."

"Ahhhhh! Oh m-my god."

Miyoung can't stop screaming in pain as she kept pushing.

"Come on, yeobo. You can do this." Jeonghan said as he wiped Miyoung's sweat with his free hand.

Miyoung pushed one more until she heard a baby's crying voice.

"It's a healthy baby boy." The nurse said as she carefully carried the baby boy and showed it to the couple.

The couple couldn't help but smile.

"The boy came out first." Jeonghan said and chuckled.

"The other one will come out within ten minutes or more." The doctor told the couple.

"We'll name him Jungchan, right?"

Miyoung just nodded as her response to her husband's question.

After a few minutes, Miyoung can feel her stomach again. She winced in pain. Jeonghan felt Miyoung's hold on his hand tighten.

"Y-yeobo..." Miyoung said between her heavy breathing.

"You can do it, yeobo." Jeonghan pecked her lips.

"Ughh— Aahhh!" Miyoung screamed as she pushed hard.

"Push harder, Mrs. Yoon."

Miyoung pushed once again as she screamed in pain.

"Nothing's coming out. Push harder."

"C-come on, b-baby girl. Come o-out." Miyoung said between heavy breaths.

"Come on, yeobo." Jeonghan said.

"I c-ca— aaahhhh!"

"Just keep pushing."

Miyoung kept pushing until she heard the doctor told her that the baby's head is seen.

"Push more."

"Ahh— aaaahh!" Miyoung groaned in pain as she kept pushing.

"Come on, baby." Jeonghan said and planted a kiss on Miyoung's forehand.

"P-please.... Ugghhhh." Miyoung pushed harder until she heard a baby's crying voice again but this time it is a baby girl's voice.

"Another healthy baby." The doctor carried the baby girl carefully and showed it to the couple.

"She's so cute." Jeonghan said and giggled.

Miyoung couldn't speak but a wide smile can be seen on her face. She's still panting after giving birth to her twins.

"You did great, yeobo." Jeonghan said and kissed Miyoung's lips. Miyoung kissed back and they both smiled on their kiss.

The couple pulled out to take time to breath. They can't help but laughed to each other.

"That was tough." Miyoung said with her hoarse voice.

"But you did well." Jeonghan winked.

"Shut up. We're not going to make a baby again." Miyoung said as she rolled her eyes, chuckling.

"Well, four is enough. Unless you changed your mind and we'll make another again." Jeonghan smirked.

Miyoung flicked her husband's forehead and said, "No, I won't change my mind."

"Excuse me, can we get your babies' names?" The nurse asked.

"Yeah. The baby girl is Areum and the baby boy is Jungchan." Jeonghan answered.

The nurse thanked them after she wrote the names on the clipboard she has.

"What a beautiful day."
