It had been a week of filming and I was exhausted, I fell onto the bed that me and Rich were sharing. He stood at the end of the bed with his arms crossed like a disappointed parent, I curled up and closed my eyes.

"Mommy, can you tuck me in?" I yawned and he huffed a laugh, "no actually I want you to sleep with me. Come here pleeeeeease."

"Only if you put sweatpants on your jeans chafe against me," he said.

"Yes dear," I rolled over and pulled a pair of sweatpants out my bag. I quickly changed and laid back down on the bed, he eagerly laid between my legs and laid his head on my chest.

"We're going to your parent's tomorrow?" Richard confirmed and I hummed a 'yes'.

"'S gonna go good," I mumbled and felt myself drifting to sleep.

"You're tired go to sleep," Rich laughed at me and I muttered something. I wasn't sure what it even was. I wrapped my arms around him and brought him closer to me, I kissed the top of his head and yawned.

"Love you," I mumbled before closing my eyes.

"Love you too dork," he responded. I could feel his smile.

...

The next morning I didn't want to get up, Richard was cuddled comfortably between my legs and it was warm and perfect. I closed my eyes, hoping to fall back to sleep. I didn't want to get up and disturb the adorable mess beneath me.

"Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiich," I groaned and he turned over to hide his face in my chest.

"Whyyyyyyyyyyyy," he groaned back.

"I don't want to get up," I said and he hummed an agreement.

"Can we stay in bed all day? Just once," he asked and I thought for a minute. We had nothing to do today until dinner so I guess there was no reason we couldn't just stay locked in the hotel room all day, I caved.

"Sure," I said and snuggled him closer to me.

"Whoop," he said and yawned. His snores came back a few moments later, cute little puffs of air. I watched him and I eventually nodded off, falling back to sleep as well. I woke up to the feeling on lips all over my face, it felt like there was more than one pair. I blinked awake and Richard mumbled 'finally' and laid his head back on my chest.

"Nothing would wake you up," he complained and crossed his arms under his chin, "I got a pizza you want some?"

"Sure," I yawned and he smiled, "time?"

"Like 1:30 I figured it was lunch time," he said and I nodded, "and we're staying in this room the majority of the day."

"Yup," I said and he rolled off of me.  I sat up and stretched, I motioned him to come back so I could gather him in a hug.

"What kind of pizza?" I asked.

"Pepperoni," he said and I nodded.

"Thank you baby," I said.

"Sure thing," he said and I kissed his hair, "how are you feeling about this whole family thing?"

"Better," I said, "you're an awesome guy I shouldn't be worried."

"You're an idiot," he huffed a laugh.

"No but seriously I'm hardly worried about it," I said and he nodded, "if my mom wants to be that way then let her. It's only going to strain her and not me, I could care less."

"Good boy," Richard said and I laughed, "I'll make a good impression I promise."

"I know you will," I said and kissed his head again, "I wonder what they're expecting."
