Married In August, Heart Stopped In June

The news flooded the internet before we could even tell all our coworkers, paparazzi posted photos and if Rich's hand was spotted in a picture we took together people made it clear. They knew after about 6 months. There was a ring on his left hand's ring finger, people were freaking out, begging us to just come out with it. We were at a comic con and I just knew it was coming as soon as I sat down, far from Rich as usual.

"So I know this is a question you don't like us fans asking because -well- you have personal lives we aren't supposed to really ask about buuuuuut," the girl smiled and was a little awkward as she bounced while talking. Her silver dyed hair cascaded down her back, moving as she did.

"We want to know about the ring Rich," she pointed and everyone onstage laughed a little. They all looked at me, then at Rich, then at the silver-haired girl with a plastic prop stake in her hand.

"Uh," Richard laughed and raised an eyebrow.

"It's exactly what the media told you," Misha whispered with his mouth pressed against his mic. Everyone laughed while I felt myself turning red, Rich wasn't as shy as I was. I was the shyest one, annoyingly enough.

"I did ask the very short man to be my husband," I gestured toward Rich and the crowd went insane with giggles and screams. Mark did too but that's beside the point.

"Technically you didn't ask," Richard snarked and I rolled my eyes.

"I planned on it," I said.

"So get this," Richard said and cleared his throat, "I'm cleaning the house and I find the ring in his sock drawer after doing laundry. I asked him about it later that night, this was the beginning of December." There was scattered laughter from everyone, including us onstage. After the laughter died, everything went back to normal, Supernatural based questions. Exactly how I liked it to be, normal but in love.

...

After the con Jensen, Misha, and I decided to hang out while Richard went out with Rob and Matt. The three of us went to Misha and Jensen's hotel room while the other three went out for dinner, we all three sat on one bed like a group of teenage girls talking for the last hour. The conversation started to steer toward me and RIch, of course, since we were getting married in mere months. It was June and we our wedding was in August, we had done some pretty basic planning but we continued to just procrastinate it.

"Ready for the married life Jared?" Jensen joked and Misha elbowed my side, "I got married when I was 31 so a few years younger than you."

"I've been married since I was 27," Misha sputtered out and I rolled my eyes.

"I guess it was 'bout time huh Jared?" Misha laughed and jabbed my side again, I swatted at him and smiled.

"Alright alright," I groaned and turned to the side table by the bed. I saw I had 11 texts and 5 missed calls from Rob, I almost panicked when I saw come to the hospital quick. That was the most recent message, I looked at Misha and Jensen's phones that were also blown up with texts and calls from Matt and Rob. I looked over at them panicked and I couldn't speak, my chest tightened and my vision was fuzzy. I picked up my phone and called Rob, motioning everyone to come outside with me. They gathered their stuff and looked at their phones, following me without question.

"Rob, what the hell is going on? Why are you at the hospital?" I asked frantically, there were scattered voices on Rob's end in the background.

"Richard went out cold I am not sure what happened," Rob said and I shoved myself into the car, "get here fast but be safe Jared."

"No Rob don't hang up," I shouted and he didn't hang up, "is he okay?"

Silence.

"ROB!" I screamed and shoved my key into the ignition, the other two got in the car. I didn't pay attention to who was sitting next to me but they put their hand on my shoulder.
