"Come on, Mr. President, let's get you outta 'ere." Eggsy said as they walked down the hallway until they came to a corner and were met by Tequila and Dr. Lewis.
"Eggsy, you get 'im?" Tequila asked him just before he realized the President was right next to him and tipped his hat to him. "Oh, Mr. President. Honored to meet you, sir."
"Likewise. You alright, Doctor?"
"I'm fine," She replied with a nod before Eggsy started guiding them down another hallway.
They ran down the hall and were nearing the exit but stopped when they heard a single gunshot. Eggsy and Tequila checked themselves and then the others to make sure they hadn't been shot. When they saw that nobody had been hurt, they slowly looked behind them to see Roxy standing at the far end of the hall with a gun in her hand, ready for a fight. This was the moment Eggsy was worried about, but he was prepared to deal with it.
"Tequila get them ou' of 'ere," He said as he started walking down the hall.
"But Eggsy-"
Eggsy cut him off by turning around swiftly and pointing in the way of the exit. "Just go, I'll be fine. Just f*cking go!"
Even though he was reluctant to leave his friend behind, he just nodded and gestured for the Doctor and the President to keep running down the hall and covered their backs. As he watched them disappear down the tunnel, he turned back to the hall and looked straight at Roxy. Letting out a sigh, he continued walking towards her, as did she.
"I don't wanna fight you, Rox," He said throwing down his Kingsman Pistol. "But I'm not gonna stop either. If you help that maniac, you'll be helping him kill millions of innocent people. People with families, and children. I can't let that happen."
Roxy just stood there with a glare that could kill. She was determined to accomplish two things today. One, find out who this guy is. Two, kill him. As she set that in her mind, she started walking towards him. Unfortunately, Eggsy knew where this was going.
"Roxy, please don't make me do this." He pleaded as she got closer. But she didn't slow up, only picking up her speed. Knowing what this meant, Eggsy let out a sigh and blocked a swift punched that was aimed at his chest and held onto the fist. Reluctantly, he punched her side then her chest, only to have his fist caught by Roxy and pushed into the wall.
Eggsy winced as his back hit the wall, but as he opened his eyes, he saw Roxy staring right into his eyes. Green met hazel as the two of them struggled with each other.
"Roxy, please. This isn't you." Eggsy said, trying to reason.
"How do you know who I am?" Roxy retorted through her gritted teeth.
"I've been your friend for years. We've saved the world togetha."
"Some friend. If you really were my friend, why didn't you come for me when I needed you?"
"I didn't know, I swear! I thought you were dead, othawise I would've come straight away."
"LIAR!!!"
She felt adrenaline and anger flow through her as she kneed his gut, headbutted him, and threw his him onto the ground. Eggsy groaned as tried to get up, but Roxy elbow-dropped him back onto the floor. He felt a warm, metallic tasting liquid in his mouth, his vision was blurry, he was slowly slipping into unconsciousness. He felt someone grab his shoulder and roll him onto his back. He blinked multiple times, trying to regain his vision, but when his vision cleared, he saw the Roxy from a year ago. She was standing over him with a smile.
"Why didn't you come for me, Eggsy?" she asked. "I needed you, but you were nowhere to be found."
"Roxy, you have to believe me. I didn't know you were still alive." Eggsy replied, still trying to get to his feet.
Finally gaining enough strength to move, he leaned on his elbow and tried to sit up, but he was pushed back down when he saw Roxy pinning him to the ground. He looked into her eyes, trying to plead through visual contact, but she just glared back at him in anger and hate. As he tried to move, Eggsy felt something around his throat, taking his breath away.
"Roxy...please..don't...do...this," He begged hoarsely.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't," she whispered in rage, bringing her face closer to his.
Eggsy was slipping away, lack of air was killing him. And he had only one thought left to save him. Hopefully, this would be effective.
"Roxy, I came to bring my best mate back. I'd do anything to trade places with you."
He could feel, Roxy's grip loosen a bit.
"But just remember this," he said, slowly reaching into his coat pocket and pulling out the picture of him and Roxy on their mission/date. "As long as I'm alive, unless there's a bullet in my head, I've always got your back. Always."
He held up the picture to her, and he felt her freeze as she looked at the picture. It was a picture of her and Eggsy.

This couldn't be real. Did she really know him? Was he telling the truth about knowing her? Was he her boyfriend? More questions flooded her mind as she stared at the picture.
Shaking her head, Roxy knocked him out with a final hard blow to the head. This was getting serious. Well, more serious. She wanted answers, and she wanted them now. And by hell, she was gonna get them. Grabbing him by the back of his suit, she dragged him down the hall, determined to get what she wanted.
There it is, the big REggsy moment I've been leading up to. There's another big REggsy moment coming in the next two or three chapters. Also, those flashbacks of Eggsy and Roxy I did in the previous chapters were originally planned to be oneshots I was gonna release, but I decided it would be better to use for this story as flashbacks.
