Chapter 9

It was Monday Night Raw. We were in Vegas. I was spending the night at Dean's place along with Roman, Seth, AJ, and Tamina. Emma was supposed to come, but she couldn't.

Dean and I had gone on a few dates the previous week, but we still weren't officially together together yet.

I saw Triple H make his way down the hall and I straightened up quickly. I knew how serious he was about firing people if they didn't agree with his decisions. I tried to stay away from him as much as possible.

Unfortunately this time, avoiding him was not an option.

He came right up to me. "Charlie, I have some news for you. You're having a match tonight."

My eyes widened. I had had matches on house shows, but never on shows aired on TV.

"REALLY?!? Oh. My. Goodness."

"Yep. You will have a match against AJ. Do well. She's the divas champion. If you beat her, there will be a wide range of great opportunities for you." He said.

"Thank you so much, Hunter." I said excitedly.

I ran down the hall to tell Dean. I saw him, Seth, and Roman taking their usual before-show-jog around the place.

"DEAN!" I shrieked.

I ran and jumped into his arms, causing him to stumble. I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist.

"Oh my gosh! Guess what!?!" I asked.

He raised his eyebrows as if to ask me what. I was still in his arms.

I smiled widely. "I finally get a match on Raw! It's against AJ!"

"Really?!? Oh Charlie, that's amazing!" He said.

He gave me a long sweet kiss.

"You still comin over tonight?" He asked.

"Hell yeah.....am I still invited?" I asked.

"Hell yeah." He said.

He kissed me sweetly again and I hopped down.

"Good, cause I have a.....surprise for you." He said.

He pecked my cheek and ran off to continue his jog.

Surprise? For me? Was he finally gonna ask me to officially be his girlfriend? Maybe. Would I say yes? Definately. I now knew I could trust him.

I went to get ready for my match with AJ.

*an hour later*

I went to the guerrilla position to meet AJ for our match.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey girl. You're finally getting your first match on Raw!" She said excitedly.

"And I wouldn't rather pick a better opponent." I said.

We both went out and set up in the ring. I had to win this. I had only fought on house shows. Now was my time to introduce myself to the world.

AJ and I locked up. I pushed her into the ropes and drop kicked her. Wasting no time, I went for the cover.

1.....2.... Kick out.

I put her in a headlock. She reversed it and threw me straight into the turnbuckle. I fell to the ground and she ran at me, giving me a sharp kick to the face.

She ran at me again, but I quickly moved so she ran straight into the turnbuckle.

With us both on the ground in pain, no one had the advantage. Until I noticed Tamina. She was still lurking around outside. We all agreed this would be a fair match. Would she stay loyal?
