Chapter 9
Sophie walked out of the girls bathroom and caught up to Matt calling his name then gently demanded,
"Matt,look me in the eye and tell me how you truly feel about me."
There was a quick pause as Sophie's looking deep into his eyes anxiously waiting for an answer.
"I'm sorry,who are you?" Matt awkwardly asked.
"Sophie? We've known each other since kindergarten. You had a crush on me,the most popular girl in our grade. I had a crush on you. Does any of this ring a bell?" Sophie asks.
"Sorry,I don't remember any of those things. I gotta go." Matt unconfortably stated before slipping away from her. Sophie inspected her purse for her pocket mirror. Once she pulled it out,she saw that she had a normal dot as a pupil and instead of shiny,gold eyes,they've now turned into a fragile,delicate,sparkly,chocoloate chip brown eyes. Ethan sneaked up beside her and asked,
"Hey baby,what's wrong?"
"My eyes..." Sophie started turning towards him.
"They're completely normal."
