Chapter 21

Ellise woke up around eleven thirty in the morning and she walked towards the bathroom with her hair that resembled like a lion.

She tied her hair up into a messy bun, started washing her face and brushed her teeth.

After cleaning her face, she came out of the bathroom and realized that there were no other people aside from her inside the room. She assumed that they were already playing at the pool.

She opened her phone that was placed on the white comforter on her bed, and looked at the time.

11:40AM.

'Just in time for lunch. I'm just going to wait for a few minutes for the buffet,' she thought to herself as she walked towards the living room to switch the television on.

She kept browsing the channels and there she landed on Nickelodeon, while Spongebob Squarepants was showing on the screen.

After a little while, the door opened and Vanessa appeared, who was taking off her sandals.

"Oh, hey! Don't you want to explore the whole place?" She asked as she walked towards their bedroom.

"Maybe.... later?" Ellise replied, with zero percent of excitement and interest. Probably because she already tried to explore earlier or she's truly enjoying being lazy for the rest of her vacation in this hotel.

"I'll be waiting for you later." Vanessa announced and came out of the bedroom with her sunglasses and a beach hat in her hands.

"Yeah, but don't wait too much." Ellise said.

"Aw~ come on~ Don't you want to have fun? We still have four days and three nights in this amazing place!" Vanessa said while pouring a glass of water.

"Maybe tomorrow, or the next day, or the next next day..." Ellise replied lazily and Vanessa gave her a look, but Ellise didn't notice it since she was too immersed on watching Spongebob, laughing whenever the character goes to work.

Oh how she wished she could be like Spongebob, being happy and excited... going to work.

"But you should at least go with us." Vanessa interrupted her thoughts as she placed the glass down after drinking water.

Ellise turned the television off and got up from the couch. She was about to walk to the door, but Vanessa asked her again.

"Where are you going?"

"Buffet." Ellise gave her a derpy smile... and Vanessa chuckled.

Ellise arrived at the lunch buffet and lucky her, there were only a few people eating inside the hotel's restaurant, meaning she can gobble down most of the food just for herself.

She took two plates and started getting what she wants to try for the first time. There's nothing wrong on trying something for the first time right?

She kept piling up food on her plates from every counter, until her plate is finally full. The staff around the restaurant kept on looking at her because the food on her plate resembled like a tall building.

"You're really a pig." A person beside her said, just as she was placing the last food that she wanted on her plate, and then she gave a look at the guy.

"Yeah, I am. So what?" She replied, taking her two plates filled with food and walked towards an empty table.

"How dare you speak like that in front of me?" Yoongi scoffed as he placed grapes on his plate before Ellise tried to walk out on him and then he followed Ellise.
