Chapter 2

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock and quickly straightened myself up to check the time. Ugh, for once in my life time, I wouldn't want to be late today for an interview.

It's half past eight in the morning. I began to find clothes that are presentable enough but I couldn't find much. Drawers are just filled with sweatpants and sweaters. After a couple of minutes, I found something shiny that was being blocked by more of my sweaters I never thought of wearing. Oh, God. Of course I'm never going to wear that glittery purple dress of mine that I last wore in my high school prom. Just hearing the word itself makes me cringe too much.

Oh how I wish my jeans are still alive.

"Oh wait, this works fine." I mumbled to myself as I held my precious black jeans up high.

"Now I just need a top."

"There you are, my precious clothes!" I pulled out my white tee and a denim coat from a chair piled up with clean and dirty clothes mixed together. I'd be dead if Mom noticed this.

Got no time so I'll fix 'em later!

I finished wearing the clothes I picked and looked at the mirror. "Not bad." I praised myself as I began to pick up my brown sling bag with all the stuff I need and walked out of my room.

It's now nine and I still have time. Ohoho, that kinda rhymed. Guess I'm just the best, heh.

"He--Ellise? Where are you going?" Mom asked, her face filled with shock as she saw my choice of clothes.

"Just going to take a walk. Uh, at the park." I responded as I wore my socks on. I placed my brown Timberland boots on afterwards.

"Walk? With those kind of clothes on? That's not even you, Ellise. You usually go out with your sweatpants and sweater," He coughs. "--that you never washed." Ethan secretly added.

"Tch, I heard you. Is there a problem with what I wear every time? Is it bad to walk with these clothes on?" I questioned him as I made my way to exit the house.

I walked to the nearest coffee shop and bought my favorite cappuccino drink and also some bread. I ate the food I bought while walking towards the bus stop.

===================O=====================

I arrived in front of the company building.

Time check, it's a quarter to ten in the morning.

"Ohoho, just in time Ellise." I smirked to myself as I walked towards the entrance of the building.

"Now where should I wait?" I mumbled to myself, tapping my chin with my finger, wandering inside the building.

"Uhmm, Miss writerspecs?"

Wow, what a gorgeous human being.

"Yes. It is I." I responded, my eyes filled with awe.

A lot of thoughts were coming inside my head that I have no idea which to forget about first.

Damn... She's so pretty, unlike me: a complete trash for fictional characters.

She has a perfect body, plus a beautiful face. That's like an A++.

I bet she has a better job than I do! Maybe she's an assistant of a cool guy here?

With that face of hers, she's bound to get everything.

Ahh, I'm so jealous~ Why is life so cruel to me?

"Let's talk inside my office." She ended my thoughts with a pleasing smile.

---------o--------

"You're accepted Ms. Robbins."

"REALLY?!" I shouted with glee. "Ah, sorry..." I apologized, scratching the back part of my head because of my sudden action.

"When can I start?" I asked, my hands turning into fists because of excitement. But finally, my life's starting to have its own color!

"Now."

"Really?!" I asked again.

"Yes. I'm going to escort you now to the office that you'll be staying." She told me as she stood up from her seat.

Ohoho, this is so exciting~

"And you're not just going to be a writer, you're also going to be a secretary." She explained furthermore as we walked. And I just nodded in response.

"We're here." She announced as she stopped in front of a big classy-looking brown door with a golden knob.

Woah, this door is bigger than the other doors I've seen in a while.

She opened the door for me and I got in. I guess she's that nice to be an assistant now.

Okay, triple woah. The office is pretty big and has a lot of space. The furniture and stuff here even looks so fragile and expensive. Af.

I was looking around the office and I saw a name imprinted on a nameplate made out of glass placed on a neat office table.

'Min Yoongi.' I read out.

"This is your table and the computer you'll be using for work." She said as she pointed the other table on the other side of the office. It looks like the stuff on that table has all the things I need, as a writer. Hehe.

"And," The lady walked towards a cabinet and opened it. It looked like she found what she was looking for.

"These are the things that you'll be doing, starting today." She explained, carrying a big pile of papers coming from the cabinet. "You are going to arrange, re-write, and check if there are any wrong grammars in these papers."

"Now if you have any other questions, you can always come to my office." She said after placing the papers on my work table.

"So I'll be going now." She bid me her goodbyes with that pleasing smile of hers again. "Oh, and good luck!" She cheered as she closed the door.

Wait, what's with the good luck though?

A/N

The style of her clothes is at the gallery section; above or I don't know, at the side? Anyways, hope you'll like my new story.
