Hyeonrin's POV

"I love her." Baejin said which made me die of curiousity.

He loves my sister?

This.Is.Weird.

I kinda tensed up because of the sudden confession(?)

Wait. Maybe he's still acting(?)

I dunno anymore.

"Pfft whatever." Minji and her gang scoffed and went out the art room.

Baejin was still standing there and Jihoon was still beside me.

WAIT. 

HE'S HOLDING MY HANDS!

HE'S FREAKING HOLDING NY HANDS!!!

I jerked my hand out immediately.

"Baejin, please message me the notes for today's lesson. I gotta go to my sis byee." I quickly said to Baejin and ran.

"H-hyeon!" Jihoon called out but I ran to the infirmary immediately.

First reason was to check my sister and second was to avoid Jihoon because of the awkwardness that I feel.

"Unnie!" My sister ran to me.

"Oh thank goodness you're fine." I sighed in relief.

"Are you her sister?" The nurse said as I nod.

"Okay. Your sister is fine... There are some scratches and some swelling in her face due to slaps. I reckoned to let her rest at your house." The nurse instructed me.

"Thank you for treating her Miss" I bowed politely.

"Please leave your names and your grade and section so that I can excuse you to your teachers." She said and we just followed.

After that, the nurse went out to excuse us.

"So, did they really slap you?" I calmly asked.

"Uhmmm... yes." She answered in a low voice.

"I'm sorry that you need to be bullied." I hugged her.

"It's not your fault unnie... It's actually mine since I followed them even though I don't know who they were." She answered.

Minran and I called mom about what happened and she immediately went to school.

Dad also immediately dismissed himself from the meeting they had in the company and went to school as well.

*sighs* I already have the feeling that Mom and Dad will bomb us with questions.

We are currently waiting for Mom and Dad in the guidance office.

And in front of us are Minji and her gang with their parents.

Their parents looked at us with dirty looks.

"What?" I asked them fiercely.

"You look poor." A parent scoffed.

What? Poor? Do their children even tell them about the rumors of us being rich?

Oh well. Maybe these people only care about Jihoon and Jinyoung.

"Yeah. No wonder you would flirt to with the rich guys." Another parent scoffed.

"Pathetic children" My sister is on the verge of crying while I was clenching my fist so hard.

"Who's Pathetic!?" A familiar voice asked.

"Mom" Minran hugged her.

"How dare you say pathetic to my children?" Mom asked with rage present in her voice.

"Look. Miss, your children here are flirting with our children's boyfriends." A parent said.

"Sorry to disrespect you Ma'am but those guys you were talking about are our bestfriends. And they also told us that your children are obessessive fans of theirs." I calmly spoke up.

Mom kinda eyed me(?) And I sat back down.

"The rumors about your child being cold and rude is actually true." A parent scoffed.

"I just stated the truth ma'am." I calmly said.

"Anyways, where's the guidance councilor?" Mom asked irritatedly.

"I'm here." The guidance councilor said as she went in the room.

"Oh. Good afternoon" The parents bowed altogether.

"Good afternoon as well. So shall we start?" The councilor said.

"Wait. Sorry I'm late." A familiar voice said.

"Dad!" Minran hugged him slowly because of her scratches.

"H-he's your dad?!" The parents who criticized me a while ago said.

"Yeah." Minran and I said together.

"Oh, mianhe for the troubles of our children sajang-nim." They said.

"Don't say sorry first... I still need to know the reason behind these" Dad said and the councilor started.

-Afterwards-

"So Hyeonrin's classmates bullied you because your friends with the boys they admire?" Mom asked Minran while dad was driving the car.

"Yes." She answered silently.

"Why are you friends with boys anyways?" Dad asked.

"Well, the other guy is the friend of my former frenemy." I said.

"Former frenemy?" Mom asked.

"Yes... but then we became friends because they saved us." I lowered my head.

"Saved you from what?" Dad asked.

"From the drunkards that tried to attack us" Minran spoke up.

"So some drunkards attempted to harass you?!" Dad asked with anger present in his voice.

"Yeah. But thankfully Jinyoung and Jihoon came to help us and escorted us home." I said.

"Then why didn't you tell me that they escorted you that time?" Mom worriedly asked.

"Because you were busy chatting with Mrs.Park" I answered.

"Oh." Was the only thing that mom was able to say.

"Oh. By the way, Anhee and Junseok wanted to have dinner this Friday night." Dad said.

"Just the four of us? Or together with the children?" Mom asked.

"Only us." Dad said.

"Okay, so I guess you should take good care of your sister Hyeonrin." Mom said as I nod my head.

Jihoon's POV

Why is Hyeonrin avoiding me?

I just held her hand and oh!

Maybe because I was pretending to be her boyfriend...

Or something?

Aishhh...

Hyeonrin avoiding me is kinda sad.

And she could ask for some notes from me but instead she asked for Jinyoung's.

I'm kinda jelly :3

Anyways Jinyoung said that he loves Minran...

Is it really true or is it just an act?
