Hyeonrin's POV

"I bet you have done good in the exams" I nudged Jihoon who was sitting beside me.

We just finished our last and final exams that's why we're currently hanging out at a café shop.

Just. The. Two. Of. Us.

GAHH!

It's the first time that Jihoon and I are the only ones who are hanging out together.

"Nah! I bet you've done better since you've been working so hard Hyeonnie" He smiled at me.

*duguen* *dugeun*

Gosh. My heart is beating so fast.

I think this isn't normal anymore...

Well duh! He's my crush.

It just feels weird since...

I declared that I like him.

It's fine to like your bestfriend who'll become your husband right?

"Uh..huh." I grinned at him.

"By the way, the wedding's coming up... Are you ready?" He looked at me with a concerned face.

"Of course!" I said with a hyped up voice.

"Woah. You seemed excited to marry me..." He smirked at me as I gulped.

Uh.

Jihoon's right, I should really chill sometimes.

"Hyeonnie. Look at me." He said as I obediently looked at him.

Gosh.

It was a mistake to look at him.

Why?

Because he's too handsome to handle ~^_^~

I feel like my sweat is dripping endlessly.

"Have you fallen for me already?" He grinned at me.

Wuuuut????

Fallen for him??

Heheheh. Maybe😊

Nah.

But if that ever happens in the future...

It'll be for me to know and for him to find out. ;)

"Me? falling for you? Pfft. Not a chance." I looked away  with a flustered face.

"Uhuh. It's fun teasing you..." he chuckled as he shuffled my hair.

"Ugh. You're destroying my hairdo." I scoffed.

"Sorry Hyeonnie" He chuckled.

"So, shall we go? I want to bring you somewhere before I escort you home..." He added.

"Yeah. Okay." I smiled at him.

"You brought me here? In the Han River? Seriously?" I asked.

There are so many people here and I don't know what's going on.

"Well, this place is pretty special." He winked as I blushed.

Just then, a countdown started.

Then fireworks started to light in the sky.

"Woah. The fireworks are so pretty" I cheered joyfully.

"Wait. I should take a selfie." I exclaimed.

As I was about to take a selfie, Jihoon grabbed my phone.

"Hey!" I said in disbelief.

"I should also be in the pic too you know." He grinned at me.

He pulled me closer as his face touches mine.

He smiled at the camera while I was looking at him at my side with a blushing face.

"We should take more pictures for my phone!" He cheered.

"Ah... yeah." I trailed off.

Gosh. I hope he won't notice me blushing.

He again pulled me closer and we both did a peace sign.

Then minutes passed and we did more poses.

There was a shot where we both winked as we did a finger heart.

And there are also many more pictures of us which looked like we're being crazy.

"One more... please!" He pleaded.

"Okay." I grinned at him.

This time we used my phone and I'm taking the shot.

"Okay!"

As I pressed the capture button, I felt Jihoon's lips on my cheeks.

We both looked at the picture and he grinned.

"THAT'S THE BEST PICTURE WE EVER HAVE! MAKE THAT AS YOUR WALLPAPER OKAY??" He said with a joyful voice.

"Uhm... okay." I blushed.

Ughh. I'm going to be a red cherry tomato after this hangout of ours will be done.

"Hyeonnie" he spoke.

We're now going home, well, he was escorting me home first then he'll also go home.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Is it okay if I hold your hand?" He asked.

Why does he need to ask?

He'll still do it anyways.

"You would still do it so okay." I smiled at him as he excitedly grab my hands and intertwined it with his.

"You know... Since the day I realized that I like you... I just wanted to hold your hand until I grow old." He started.

"I don't know if you feel the same way but... I already love you Hyeonnie." He added as he looked at me with the most genuine smile ever.

I was so flustered that I put my head down.

Bu then he lifted it up and told me.

"I want to protect you Hyeonnie, and I'm willing to court you. Let's not pretend as a fake couple anymore. I will court you everyday, even though we'll be married in a few months... I'm willing to court you... until you'll say you love me too." He smiled at me genuinely.

"So Hyeonnie..."

"Can I court you?"
