Chapter 5 The calling

Courtney then walked home clutching Roxy thinking about the horrible decision she had made, 'why did I agree to that if the team found out about that I don't know what they would do' Courtney thought to her self she then got home and went upstairs she put Roxy into her bed and collapsed onto sheets of her double bed.

"I can't believe I did that" said Courtney pulling the sheets over her head she then heard her sister crying. She rushed into her sisters room and saw her in cased in blankets and pillows.

"What's the matter Rose?" said Courtney trying to get a glimpse of her sister, Rose was only 13 she was 2 years younger then Courtney she had blond hair like Courtney but her eyes were blue not brown like Courtney's.

Before she could take the pillows and blankets off of her sister Rose shouted "no don't look at me go away"

"Ok but if there's anything you want to talk about you come to me okay" said Courtney.

"Ok now go away" said Rose, Courtney left the room going back into her own, she wondered what was wrong with her sister it is not like her to get like that. The next day Courtney went to work like always but left Roxy at home today she didn't want to chance her being taken away again.

"Hey Elliot could I ask you a question?" said Courtney walking up to Elliot.

"What is it?" Elliot said coldly.

"Can this mew mew thing be pasted down through genetics?" Asked Courtney.

"I think so why do you ask?" Elliot said.

"Because my sisters been acting weird lately and she's been covering her head and back all the time" Courtney replied.

"Ask her about it" Elliot said leaving not giving Courtney time to reply. After work Courtney got home and went into her sisters room, but she wasn't there 'maybe she's at a friends tonight' Courtney thought.

She then went into her own room and was greeted by Dren "hey sugar" he said pulling Courtney into the room and shutting the door.

"What are you doing here?" said Courtney picking up her pendant.

"Can't I just come and see my little fox without having a reason" he said closing in on Courtney.

"No you can't" she said, he then kissed her on the lips, before there lips parted Roxy jumped up bit Dren's hand.

"Oww you little rat" Dren said trying to catch Roxy but before he did she jumped into Courtney's arms.

"Now what do you want" said Courtney putting Roxy onto her bed.

"I need you to help me stop the mew mews" said Dren smiling at Courtney.

"And why should I?" she said.

"Because" Dren said showing an infuser and pointing it near Roxy.

"Fine but take that thing away from her" Courtney said.

"But what am I meant to use for my predisit" Dren said.

"Anything but Roxy" said Courtney grabbing Roxy from the bed. Courtney then noticed there was an ant crawling on the window.

"How about that" she said pointing at the ant.

"Ok but get changed into them ears and tail" said Dren taking the ant outside. Courtney then left Roxy inside and holded the pendant to her chest she then transformed, Courtney then jumped out the window on the now giant ants back.

"Now here come the mew mews" said Dren looking straight ahead to were the team was standing.

"Alright Dren time to-" Zoey stopped her self in mid sentence after noticing Courtney on the beasts back.

"Courtney what are you doing?" said Kiki nearly in tears, Courtney just looked down at her feet not saying a word.

"She's with me now and she's helping me stop you" Dren said laughing at the mew mews.

"Now Courtney show them what you got" Dren said pushing Courtney forward.

"Orange microphone" Courtney said as the microphone came in contact with her hands. She then pointed at the mew mews and said "music melody" then music notes came flying out the the microphone hitting the mew mews sending them flying.

"Courtney stop it" said a familiar voice Courtney turned around to see her sister Rose wearing a white dress with grey shoes she had small brown ears and a long thin tale, she was half black footed ferret she was holding a white star weapon in her hands.

"Rose" Courtney said in shock "y-you can't be here go back inside now" Courtney continued.

"Now there's 7" said Dren standing beside Courtney.

"Take that one out two" said dren pushing Courtney of the ant.

"I can't she's my sister" said Courtney angrily.

"So what you are on this side" said Dren.

"Please just let her be" Courtney said.

"Fine but she needs to be out of my site in five seconds" said Dren counting.

"Go quick rose I'll talk to you later go in the house" said Courtney pushing her sister to the door.

"Not until you go back to the mew mews" said Rose folding her arms.

"I can't I've made a deal please just go" said Courtney pushing her sister again.

"No" shouted her sister jumping away from Courtney.

"Five, times up" Dren said then the giant ant came towards Rose Courtney stood in its way she then pointed her microphone at the beast and Rose said "white star shine" then the microphone and the star shoot light at the beast making it turn into a jelly fish which mini mew ate.

"Remember Courtney you're on this side" said Dren angrily.

"Not when you hurt my family" said Courtney, Dren then picked Courtney up and kissed her he then dropped her on to the floor and said "until next time" disappearing, Courtney then ran up to the mew mews on the floor they were lifeless, Courtney then sang into the microphone and it healed them. (/)
