Chapter 24 Decisions

Courtney then explained everything to the mew mews "but you can't leave" said Kiki clenching her fists.

"Kiki" said Courtney putting her hand on Kiki's shoulder and smiling.

"Come on we better go" said Dren turning around.

"See ya" said Courtney grabbing her things.

"Courtney you can't go" said Zoey running towards Courtney she then grabbed Courtney's hand and pulled her back but Courtney shuck her hand free she then attacked Courtney but Kookie stopped her.

"Let her go it's her choice" said Kookie she then tried to grab Courtney's arm again but Renee stopped her.

"But Renee" said Zoey looking at Renee.

"It's her choice Zoey, but I believe she will make the right decision" Renee said.

"But" Zoey said quietly.

"So where are we going?" asked Courtney.

"Well I err really didn't think you'd come so I didn't really plan on a place" Dren said embarrassed.

"Are you kidding me you seriously didn't think of anything" said Courtney pouting.

"Yeah" he said.

"Ok well err why do we stay in a hotel tonight and we will think in the morning" said Courtney smiling.

"Ok" he replied.

"But you'll have to look like a human" she said, they then got to the hotel and booked in.

"I'm so tired" said Courtney falling onto the bed.

"Me two" said Dren lying down next to her.

They then woke up the next morning and got ready "any ideas" said Courtney brushing her hair.

"Not yet you" said Dren.

"Nope" she said Courtney's phone then rang she answered it and it was her mum.

"Oh mum what's up" said Courtney answering the phone.

"Courtney are you ok did you get to the airport" said mum.

"Yeah I'm fine I'll ring you later, ok bye" said Courtney hanging up the phone.

"I've got an idea" said Dren.

"Yeah what is it" said Courtney.

"I'll show you" he said they then transported to an abandoned beach.

"Wow" said Courtney looking at the beautiful scenery.

"Nice isnt it" said Dren.

"Yeah it's lovely but why isn't anyone else here" said Courtney.

"I dunno it's been abandoned for so long" said Dren he then lay on the ground Courtney then sat next to him and they both fell asleep.

Dren was relaxing on top of a roof top on earth it was around 9pm he was 5 and a half years old. A man then came out of his house and shouted at Dren, Dren flew down from the roof top and was about to apologise when the man said "alien" the man then cased Dren away.

He hid in a tree in a back garden of a house, he then saw a girl around his age she walked up to a swing in the back garden and started to cry "what's the matter?" asked Dren flying down next to the girl.

"It's nothing" said the girl wiping her tears away.

"You can tell me" said Dren putting his hand on her shoulder.

"Well my mummy and daddy are fighting again and I think they don't love me or each other anymore" she said looking at Dren.

"It's ok they do love you all parents fight" said Dren.

"They do" said the girl.

"Yes" said Dren.

"My name's Courtney" said the girl.

"I'm Dren" he said suddenly Courtney's dad came out of the house and grabbed Courtney's hand.

"Get away from here" said her dad pushing Dren on the floor, he then went back inside with Courtney.

Dren then got up and held his now cut shoulder he then saw a ring on the floor it was golden with a diamond on it he then picked it up and flew away keeping the ring as a reminder of the girl.

Dren then woke up to find Courtney asleep next to him, he then rooted in his pocket to find the ring he then placed it on Courtney's finger, Courtney woke up and looked at the ring on her finger "what's this" said Courtney talking the ring of her finger.

"I thought I should return it after keeping it for so long" said Dren.

Courtney then remembered her accountant with Dren and said "that little boy was you wasn't it" said Courtney looking directly at Dren he then nodded his head.

They then walked up the beach together they then saw Zoey, Kiki, Rose, Katie and Sammy "what are you doing here?" Asked Courtney.

"We've come to get you of course" said Zoey grabbing Courtney's hand.

"Don't touch her" said Dren hitting Zoey's hand.

"Courtney you can't stay here you need to go home" said Zoey.

"It's my choice" said Courtney the mews then transformed and battled one another.

"2 against 5 isn't fair you know" said Courtney.

"So what" said Zoey, Katie then hit Dren and he fell on to the ground.

"Dren!" shouted Courtney running to his side.

The mews then struggled to take Courtney home but they did it in the end, meanwhile "Sardon, Tarb I have almost awoken we will take the blue planet soon" said deep blue.
