Chapter 13 Sickness

Courtney then woke up the next morning and walked down the stairs like a zombie "hi, Courtney" said Courtney's mum placing her breakfast in the table she then put her hand on Courtney's head.

"Aww sweetie you have got a fever you'll have to stay home today" continued her mum.

"But in can't I've got to *cough* go to work" said Courtney.

"No you're going straight to bed" said her mum, Courtneys then went upstairs and text the cafe to let them know she was sick *cough* Courtney then fell back asleep.

Courtney's dream

Courtney was in a field of flowers "ahh" said Courtney relaxing in the flowers, she then heard a voice behind her she then stood up and turned around it was Dren he was making a infuser.

"Dren stop, Dren over here listen to me" Courtney said trying to move but her legs were stuck, then Sardon came behind Dren and hit him in the head. Dren then stood up and came towards Courtney, she then got smaller and turned into a real fox.

"Dren it's Courtney I'm not a fox" said Courtney trying to run away but the ground grabbed her legs stopping her Dren then came closer to Courtney with the infuser in his hands he then placed it on Courtney.

"Ahhhhhh get off me" screamed Courtney but the infuser went inside her, her vision then went blank.

End of dream

"Ahhhhh" Courtney then woke up with a shock she was sweating and panting.

"That was a weird dream" said Courtney *cough* Courtney then got a shower and got ready, she then wrote what happened in her dream in her diary. She then heard a loud bang and screams she grabbed her pendant and ran outside *cough* she then ran into the park to see a giant fish next to it was Dren.

Courtney then transformed and stood next to the mew mews *cough*.

"Courtney you shouldn't be here go home" said Sammy.

"I can't *cough*" said Courtney stepping forward towards the beast "orange *cough* microphone" said Courtney she then pointed the microphone at the beast and a red light came from it shooting the fish.

It then noticed her and hit her against a tree with its tail "Courtney!" shouted Dren she then stood up again but the fish kept hitting her down the mew mews then took the beasts attention away from Courtney. When no one was looking Dren went over to Courtney and picked her up and she fell asleep, Dren then transported into Courtney's bedroom and placed her into bed and put the covers over her.

"I love you" said Dren kissing Courtney on the forehead then leaving.

Courtney then woke up the next day "I feel much better" said Courtney said forgetting what had happened yesterday day, she then got ready for work and left her house she got into work and then Zoey said to her "Where did you go yesterday".

"What do you mean I don't remember going anywhere yesterday" said Courtney.

"Get to work" Elliot said coldly.

"I'll talk to you later" said Zoey leaving to get an order. Courtney then didn't get to speak to Zoey so she just went home after her shifts, she then got into her bed and fell straight asleep. (/)
