I think the first thing I should talk about is my first best friend. I met this girl in kindergarten we sat together on the bus and we were in the same class. Her name is Ivy. Her family was really poor and she didn't have the right winter clothes or the right school supplies. I know that this shouldn't of been that important but it's just the type or thing that you remember when you're that young. The most important thing I remember is that she was always sick and so were here sisters. I remember once on the bus she told me a story about how she picked out her little sister at the store. I thought that was strange because I didn't pick out my little brother at the store, my mom had him in the hospital. I didn't understand why she got to chose her little sister and I didn't get to choose my little brother. I also remember how we had these little books of pictures from our class that we had to color the covers of. Our kindergarten teacher was really strict so we actually had rules for our coloring, you weren't allowed to see any white. Ivy got yelled at because you could see white on the cover of her book so me and another girl helped her finish coloring it. After kindergarten I went to a different school for a while and when I came back in first grade I had class with Ivy again. Me and her weren't as close that year as we were the year before and at the end of the year she got help back. We were still friends and we sometimes hung out at the beach during the summer but because we were in different grades we weren't close anymore. My story with Ivy probably would've been better if it stopped here but it didn't. When I was in 5th grade and she was in 4th grade me and Ivy started talking again. We were best friends again in no time. She was my first "kiss" in a game of truth or dare. We spent so much time together that she seemed like my sister. Me and Ivy grew apart when I started Jr High though. We didn't talk at all when I was in 7th grade but when I was in 8th grade we became best friends again. We saw movies, we went four wheeling, we went for walks, and we were always together for a while. It was great, I have so many stories about my 8th grade year with her that are absolutely amazing and I hope I get the chance to tell them later. The problem is things went downhill fast. Things went downhill with her and her boyfriend and she blamed me for it. We got into a fight on the bus, she called CPS on me for something that wasn't true and she spread rumors about me. I also hope I can get the chance to talk about that later because the bad is just as important as the good in this case. Don't worry she's given me a half ass apology since then so I don't direct hold it against her, but at the same time I'm not just going to forget everything she did to me.
