Now you're gone

The words that we say,
Kill the mood that was happy and gay.
I wanted to say, I love you,
But it came out, I hate you.
I should've said, I need you,
But it came out, I dispize you.
So many words, I wish I'd said,
But instead, I kept them, In my head.
I wanted you to know, that I loved you so,
But it came out wrong, and now your gone.
Now all the songs, of sadness, and wrongs,
Remind me of us, and what we through, under the bus.
So many things, we wish we could take back,
But it is to late now, you won't cut me some slack.
The memory of us, will just go on,
And there's nothing I can do, cause now you're gone.

I have absolutely no idea why I wrote this poem. The only logical explanation I can think of, is the incredibly sad story about a break-up and words that couldn't be taken back that I just finished reading. But anyway, I hoped you liked this poem, and I would love to know what you think. Please, don't forget to vote and comment. Thank you. :-)
