Chapter 8

When back at the academy I went straight to sleep and was woken he next morning by Alberta who came to get me for court. My bag was already packed and lissa knew what had happened and what I was doing and was supportive.

Me and Alberta were the last ones to arrive at the air strip and we rushed into the plane. There were two seats one next to dimitri and one next to my father who sat opposite him at a table. I sat next to dimitri and Alberta sat next to my father.
My phone rang once we were in the air
"He's cheating on me. He left me at Olenas and he's not gonna be back until tonight so he has to be cheating on me"
I chuckled
"He's not cheating on you he's getting a surprise for you"
"Oh well that makes more sense"
"Yes it does now relax well talk soon"  i said and hung up the phone

"Are you happy to be seeing them again" dimitri asked
"Yes I am. Are you excited to see your family again comrade"
"You haven't called me that on a while"
I smiled and he added
"I haven't seen my family on five years I doubt they'll even be Happy to see me"
"I wouldn't be so sure of that. I've only know you mother for a short time but a while all she's wanted is to see you again"
He smiled and grabbed my hand under the table. I know we have feelings for each other we have since we met since I made him freeze in portland and since he made me freeze slightly on portland. After he choose tasha over me before the ski lodge I was broken but having him here helping me through masons death is helping a lot and I think everyone can see that there all helping. Nobody knew I froze in portland apart from Blake and right now I was regretting telling him.
"You know I've read the report from portland from when belikov brought the girls back and it doesn't say anything about the both of you freezing. We all know belikov did but rose did as well"
I glared at him
"I can never tell you anything you have a big mouth"
"You froze" baba asked
"Yes. The other guardians I took down easily but when he froze so did I. I don't know why" dimitri smiled but again Blake had to talk
"Yes you do its like what happened with Kal and Jason"
"You can't be serious"
"I'm pretty sure it is I'll ask tati but if she looks at your aura I'm pretty sure it will be like there's"
"There's no way that is possible"
"It is lissa saw it. They are joined together like Kalinas and Jasons"
"Oh my lissa just showed me but there supposed to be rare"
"But you've found yours rose. You should tell him"
"Not yet"
"What's going on" Alberta asked
"Nothing" I said as we landed.

We left our bags in her plane with Alberta, Celste and Art. Dimitri was gonna stay but I needed him to come so I wouldn't break down and he understood.

Once we were at the palace we were took to Her office and we went inside she saw me and Blake and immediately knew what was happening she sent her guards away a and then hugged us.
"There gone all five"
"Thank you but which one of you killed them or did you all kill one each"
"Tati Rose killed all five herself"
She looked at me shocked
"You did"
"They killed Our family tati and I wasn't about to let anyone else die" I was gonna cry but dimitri put his hand on my back and I Calmed tati gasped and sent my father and pavel outside
"You see it too" Blake asked
"Yes"
"What is it. May I ask" dimitri asked
"There is this thing called soulmates it seems you and my dear rose are soulmates. That's why you both froze when you saw each other. That's why you took tasha offer. Your afraid of hurting each other"
Dimitri looked shocked at first but then out of nowhere he pulled me to him and kissed me.

He chuckled when he saw my face when he pulled away.
Tati handed me two envelopes and said
"Give one to kirova when you get back and belikov I can see you love her and she loves you and I'm not standing in he way of this she deserves it she deserves to be happy. But you hurt her you'll deal with me. She's family"
He nodded
"Thank you but we have to we gotta be in Russia soon"
"Is it a surprise"
"Yeah" she nodded we left.

We got back to the plane as quick as we could I put kirova letter away and read mine as I sat with Blake Alberta dimitri and my father at the back of the plane in the long seats.

My darling rose, as you know Kalina is my shadow kissed guardian I am making you lissas. And now I know about belkiov after graduation he's being reassigned to you as your soul kissed guardian like Kalina and Jason. This means you don't always have to be with lissa I know you can take the darkness even without being near her so I urge you to do what you fell is right and if that is one day marrying and having children with belkiov then so be it me and lissa will not stand in your way.

I smiled and handed the letter to dimitri who read it and smiled as well.

This was a blessing. We could be together though we'd have to talk about it when we get to Russia but first I just wanted to see my family.
