Chapter 2: Table of Guys

I walked inside the office and find an old woman with white hair and reading glasses around her neck as well as her name tag that read 'Marge'. She was talking on the phone so I sat on a chair waiting for her to hang up as I see teachers running around in the office with papers in their hands. 

Marge:"Can I help you dear?"

she says as she puts the phone back on it's spot and puts her reading glasses on.

Midna: "I'm Midna star, I-I'm new here and I have no idea where to go."

she nodded and smiled as she searched my name on her computer then printed out a paper.

Marge:"Here you go, this is your schedule, the bell will ring in a few minutes so you should have plenty of time finding out where your classes are with this paper map."

Midna: "Okay, thank you."

She nods and smiles. I took a look at my schedule and first I had art, English, science, math, P.E, then Spanish. I sighed and looked for my art class. Once I found it, I opened the door and there were no students except for a 25 year old lady sitting on her desk. She was reading a book and once I closed the door, she looks up at me.

teacher: "May I help you?"

Midna:"Hi I'm Midna star, I'm new here..."

teacher: "Ah yes, I heard there was a new student. I'm Mrs. Shire, how are you liking Carnagoy melon?"

Midna:"Um, I'm still not sure, I haven't been around much."

Mrs. Shire: "oh, don't worry, I have a feeling you're gonna love it and it'll all be because of my class, trust me."

I smile and nod at her as the bell rings. I walked to the back of the classroom and took a seat in the corner and watched students walk in.

*4 classes later*

It was finally lunch time. I grabbed my tray of  food which consisted macaroni and cheese, fruits, a salad and my personal favorite, fish sticks. A few girls from my science class notice me and waved at me.

girl:"Hey new girl! Come sit with us."

she says with a huge smile while patting the empty seat next to her. I smile back and took a seat next to her.

girl:"I don't know if you know this already but my name is Ashley and these are my friends Lily and Luz and this other girl here is also named Ashley."

Ashley#2, Lily, luz:"Hiii."

Ashley:"You're Midna right?"

Midna:"Yea"

Lily:"Cool name."

Luz:"Yea, I love it!"

I thanked them and we continued talking until another table caught my attention. The table was filled with 5 boys wearing all black and they weren't eating lunch. One of them noticed me looking and whispered to his partner while still looking at me. The guy he whispered too looked at my direction and it was like I was staring at heaven, he looked...hot. But once he looked at me, I looked away, pretending that I knew nothing but I couldn't help but blush. I glance over at their table and two guys were just looking at my direction.

Lily:"Who are you looking at?"

luz:"Oooo does someone have a crush?"

Midna:"uh no one. Do you guys know that table?"

Ashley: "Oh they're creepy, the one looking over here is the leader of the group, his name is Gerard which is odd really since he never looks this way. The little short one next to him is Frank, then it's Bob, Ray, and Mikey who is Gerard's brother. No one really talks to them. People find them weird...to be honest, like they're scorching I know, I got a little crush on Frank, but no one has the guts to ask one of them out. Which one are you falling for?"

Midna:"Gerard."

Ashley:"I figured you were gonna say that. Girls fall for him but I don't know. It's weird. He finds a girlfriend then the next day the girl is either gone for the day or they literally act scared around them. Girls fall for him all the time but are too nervous to talk to him."

Midna:"Oh...good to know I guess..."

I said, I looked at the table once more and Gerard was still looking at me, he winked then looked back to his friends. What a day.
