83: Mom?

+Lily POV+

I lean on the side of the ship. I knew my bounty went up to 8.5 billion berry. I go over and sit behind my baby brother. I hug him from behind. I already surpassed Dad, in the bounty area. I look at his bounty. I bury my face in his hair and smile.

You've grown little brother. When Brook points out his bounty is 1,500,000,000 berry, everyone was surprised. I lift my head up, "I knew you would be eventually be catching up with me, LuLu." I say.

I let go of him, letting him turn to face me. "Really?" LuLu asks. I smile, "Yep." I say. "Your close to surpassing Dad, in the bounty area, my little Sixth Yonkou." I tell him. "I'm the Sixth Yonkou?!" He yells.

I laugh, "Yeah, I guess. The Sixth Emperor of the Sea has arrived. I'm not that surprised," I ruffle his hair. "you are my younger brother after all, and I am the strongest Yonkou as well." I finish. LuLu tackles me with a hug, knocking me down onto the grass.

"Thanks Onē-san." He says. He called me Big Sis! I hug my little brother back. I pat his head. "Your'll eventually surpass me LuLu. The reason I came with you instead of joining another crew, or making my own, is because I will help you become Pirate King, no matter what it takes." I say.

I smile, "The older sibling is always supposed to protect the younger one." I mutter.

~Tiny Time Skip~

"Lil, what was Mom like?" LuLu asks me. I freeze, I smile down at the sea. "Amazing." I say. "Where is she now Lily?" Nami asks. "She's been dead for most of Luffy's life." I say. "What?" I hear LuLu say. "You weren't born on Dawn Island, you were born on Haruka Island, as was I. But Haruka Island was destroyed by Akainu, 3 weeks after you were born. He was most likely looking for Dad." I take my black katana out of it's sheath. "This was Mom's katana. She gave it to me before she died. I will kill Akainu, not only for killing Ace, but Mom." I say.

I stare at the katana, then up at the sky. Mom, what would you do, if you could see us now?

<Amai POV>

I watch over my son and daughter. Lily, you have grown so powerful, you remind me of myself, you have become an excellent swords-women. Luffy, you might not be as powerful as your sister, but you still are strong. You now stand with your sister, as a Emperor.

I look down at Lily. This must be a hard topic for her, since she was the one to see me die. I make myself visible. Lily turns, and stares at me. "Mom?" She asks. I smile and nod. She tears up, Luffy notices me as well.

"Mom is that you?" He asks. I beckon them to me, they walk over to me and hug me. I hug my children, I'm sorry Dragon, that I didn't get to say goodbye to you. They pull away from me, Luffy looks at me. "You look like an older version of Lil." He comments. I smile, "I know." I say.
