You stared at the gigantic, metal, oddly-shaped box that stood upright infront of the six of you in awe, but you couldn't help the nerves you felt.

"Please tell me there's not a giant monster in there-- please tell me it's empty!" Hunk sighed and pleaded.

"It reminds me of that thing you guys fought back on Arus." You said.

"If it is, then we already know how to beat it." Keith replied.

Keith inserted his bayard into his lion so voltron was able to use his sword, while Shiro had the wings turn into a shield.

"Hold your ground!" He ordered.

The large encasement fell open, and of course another enormous robot - similar to the one on Arus but still different - just had to come out of it, and immediately began to charge up some kind of beam.

Once it shot, voltron used the shield as defense.

"We need to draw its fire away from the balmera's surface!" Shiro said.

Voltron attempted to fly up, but so did the robot while continuously shooting at you, and the defenses wouldn't hold up for long since you kept using the shield.

"We can't hold out!" Lance said as you guys deflected another beam.

"My lion is weakening!" Pidge added. "If the shield sustains structural damage, we're done for!"

"Pidge is right!" Keith claimed.

"Oh Pidge is right, I'm the one that said we can't hold out!" Lance whined.

"Lance watch your footing!" You chimed in just as voltron tripped on a rock by Lance's side and fell backward with the shield breaking from the enemy robot's beam.

Once everyone recovered from the fall, Shiro spoke.

"Okay, everyone disband, evasive maneuvers! It can't shoot us all at once!"

And with that, the six of you flew your own lions around the robot in different directions.

But just to your luck, the robot revealed lines of small cannons along both its arms and shot beams in every direction.

As you kept dodging, Coran and Allura managed to shoot a beam of their own at the robotic beast, just to get one shot back at them and weakening the particle barrier even more.

"Y/n! Try to draw its fire, I'm coming in from above!" Shiro spoke.

"Roger." You replied, flying your lion toward the robot.
You dodged all the beams it was shooting from its arms and once you got close, you shot a bright shimmering yellow beam at it, almost resembling stars in a different form.

As you distracted, Shiro made his way above it and flew down ready to shoot, but the robot had its eye rotate to the back of its head and shot at Shiro first.

You let out a sigh of relief seeing as he dodged it, "We need to find its blind spot!" You said.

"I don't think this thing has a blind spot." Pidge responded.

"Laser eyes! Laser eyes!" Hunk panicked flying around aimlessly.

"What are we supposed to do? It's like fighting a thousand fleets at once!" Pidge said.

Keith lightly groaned before speaking, "I think we've got to aim for those laser eyes."

"We'll cover you from up here!" Allura chimed in and began to shoot at the robot from the ship.
Although the robot began heavily shooting back and caused many problems and malfunctions.
