*Niall's POV*

°a week later-three weeks into pregnancy °

Blood.Blood everywhere.When I woke up my lower waist was surrounded by blood and it hurt like hell. I couldn't even move. Justin was back in Cyprus to finish some things and he would not return until the day after tomorrow. I reached out on my night stand as quickly as I could and took my phone to call my mum.

"Hello?" My mum's sleepy voice reminded me that it was only 4:00am.

"M-Mum...please, call Liam. I- It hurts.It hurts so bad and there is blood everywhere..." I cried.

"I'm coming there with Liam. Don't even think of moving."

"I can't move." I sobbed ,only making the pain grow and myself to scream.Good thing Drew was with Pattie.

"I'm coming baby. I'm going to hung up now. I have to call Liam and bring him there as soon as I can." I thrower my phone beside me on my bed after my mum had hang up and started rubbing my stomach to calm me.Fortunately,it worked.

Half an hour later,Liam came bursting through my bedroom's door with my mum and Louis panting and crying behind him. He picked me up bridal style carefully and carried me downstairs.

"W-Where are we going?" I panted.

"At the hospital. I can't do anything from here." Liam kissed my forehead and placed me lying on the backseat of his car where I passed out. The only thing I felt before I saw black was Louis getting in the car and my mum kissing my forehead.

I slowly opened my eyes but closed them again as the strong light blinded me. Where was I? I looked around and saw that I was in a hospital room.Louis pacing back and forth at the end of the bed and Liam checking something on my stomach.

"Li?" I tried to call out but my throat hurt and he could barely hear me.

"You need to sleep Niall,we will talk later" He caressed softly my hair and I went again into darkness.

..

"Are you alright?" I heard a familiar voice ask when I opened my eyes again.

"I am..okay. "

"You lost too much blood and the baby put so much pressure on you that you passed out.It's normal after..."

"After what, Liam?" I asked weakly.

"After an abortion,Niall. I don't know for sure if you did get an abortion in the past, but from what it seems like,you did.The usual consequences are a miscarriage or complications through the whole pregnancy. Especially now you are a male,but you were lucky. We avoided the miscarriage but If you don't take the medicine you need and don't rest all day ,you will probably lose the baby. I'm sorry."We were both in the verge of tears when Justin came in the room.

"Justin?" I tried my best to smile and he ran to hug me carefully,letting a few tears fall.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't there Ni, I'm so sorry..." He whispered and placed a lingering kiss on my lips.

"You don't have to be sorry,it was my fault. I should have been more careful"I lied.I was absolutely not going to tell him about the abortion. He would leave me again.

"It's okay. You will make it,I know it."

"I will make it if you stay with me..." I whispered and he pecked my lips. He continued kissing me slowly and lovingly until Liam decided to announce his presence.

"Erm, guys?I'm still here you know..?" He blushed. He was so cute. Liam was the kind of man that would protect everyone but when he did something wrong (even the smallest things,like interrupting a kiss) he would act like a kid who just broke a window or something.

"It's okay,Li." I laughed making him smile as Louis made his way into the room with three cups of coffee in his hands.

"Who made my baby blush like a tomato?" Louis cooed and placed the cups on a table beside my bed to wrap his arms around Liam's neck.

"Usual Liam,blushing because he interrupted us..." Justin chuckled and Louis rolled his eyes playfully as Liam kissed his neck and hid his head in there,obviously blushing again.

"Imagine if you caught me with a secretery..." Louis joked but Liam frowned.

"I thought we were past that."

"We are. Sorry,I was just kidding..." Louis looked apologetically at Liam and kissed his nose to make him smile.

"I know I just don't want to remember what I did to you."

"You don't have to. I'm sorry. "

"Do you want us to get out to leave you alone?" Justin teased as the LiLo couple continued snogging ignoring us completely.

"Oh,Niall you have to stay here tonight only for observation. "Liam stated once he pulled away from Louis who was blushing furiously.

"Okay, I don't mind as long as Justin stays with me and... look who is mirroring his boyfriend's expressions." I laughed pointing at Louis' red face.

"Justin can't stay.In case you forgot you have a baby that none of us can take care of today." Liam said and we laughed.

"I want company though..." I pouted.

"I'm working here Ni. Along with getting pregnant did you get amnesia as well?"

"I know Liam,but as you said you are working." I answered.

"I'm staying." Louis pipped in and I thanked him. After a few hours,Justin had left and Liam had gone at another patient's room. Louis was babbling about how amazing the flowers they ordered for their marriage were and how the party after the wedding would be awesome as I was texting Justin. He was sending me silly pictures of him and Drew eating a chocolate cake.

From Justin<3: We miss you too Daddy...we have to sleep now though,because Drew here is sleepy. Bye daddy, love you xx

The last message said and I looked at the attached picture smiling. Drew was yawning cutely and Justin was cleaning his chubby cheeks with a blue towel.

"They are so cute, aren't they?"Louis asked and I nodded. A few minutes passed and me and Lou had finally fallen into a dreamless sleep.
