I looked over at Connor with my eyes wide. He smiled and shrugged, giving me the 'that's not my problem.' look. He turned around and sunk down on the couch, continuing to do whatever he does on his phone. "Come in." I sighed and stepped aside, opening the door wider for her to enter. She looked around the room and saw Connor's hair peaking out from the couch.

"Connor's here?" Andrea's eyebrow cocked and she smirked. I rolled my eyes.

"The first thing you say as you enter a whole new apartment that you're not familiar of is nothing related to an apartment," I said as I closed the door, making sure I locked it. "That's completely okay."

"Hey Andrea." Connor turned around to greet her. "Hey Con." Andrea said as she sat on the high chairs from the counter. I stood across from her, leaning my elbows on the countertop waiting for her to say something.

"Would you like something to drink or something?" I shook my head, wondering why she hasn't said a word but only grabbed her phone out.

"Yeah, sure. What do you have?" She said casually, her eyes glued onto her phone. I looked over to Connor again, who was faced toward us. He started laughing quietly to himself. I raised my arms, then lowered them as the slapped onto my sides. I walked over to the fridge which was fully stocked, thanks to Connor. I told her a selection of drinks and she chose. I grabbed a cup from one of the boxes that labeled FRAGILE on it. I washed it, then poured her a glass. "Thanks gal."

"Are you going to tell us about what happened last night?" I blurted out.

"Oh right," She shook her head. "Sorry." Connor started chuckling on the couch, and I sighed in relief. She grabbed the cup and started sipping on it slowly.

How slow can she be?

I snatched her drink out of her hands, and her eyes widened.

"I was drinking that." She glared at me.

"You're here to tell me what the hell you noticed Andrea." I looked over her shoulder and Connor's eyes widened. 'Slow the fuck down.' He mouthed.

"Okay fine. Last night after you left, Kian and I were watching movies on the couch together. We were cuddling on the couch, and he wasn't even listening to anything I was saying. It's like everything I said came in one ear and out the other. Whatever you said to him last night made me feel skeptic."

"What were you telling him?" I asked.

"That's not all," She ignored my question and lifted her index finger up. "He was texting this one person and everytime I looked at his phone to see who he was texting, he'd turn his phone off. But there was one point where he left his phone on the couch to use the bathroom, and some girl named Kelsey texted him."

"Did you see the text?"

"The text wasn't displayed when it popped up, he changed it to where you can only see it say 'Text Message.' and I couldn't get into his phone because he changed his password." She took another sip of her drink.

Connor and I looked at each other. Some type of telekinesis was happening when we did, and it was telling me that we should probably tell her the truth. She practically knows everything that's going on, and I can't tie her up with lies.

"Do you guys know who Kelsey is?" She looked over at Connor and I. I looked down at the table, trying to avoid her question. This has all gone too fast. I knew I was going to tell her at some point, but I didn't expect to see her show up at my door telling me shit that Kian did.

"Okay the fact that you guys didn't respond to my question means you definitely know who Kelsey is. Who is Kelsey?" She asked. I looked around the room, no where around Andrea.

"We met Kelsey yesterday." Connor said.

"And..." Andrea said, waiting for some other facts to give her.

"Kelsey's dating Kian." I said with no hesitation.

"No he's not." She shook her head. The room was dead silent and she sat in shock. "He's not, him and I are in a healthy relationship and nothing has happened ever since that last argument we had." Again, the room was silent. "Anna were you ever going to tell me this? How long have you been hiding this from me?" She raised her voice towards me.

"Andrea we just found out about this yesterday." Connor said, trying to help me.

"She came over my house last night, she should've told me there!" She was yelling at this point.

" I didn't want to hurt you. You got back with him and you were happy. I didn't want to ruin things with you and him because you were happy." I said.

"I'd rather be sad and single than being a total idiot happy with a guy that's cheating on me with some other whore. If I weren't here right now, if I didn't realize what the hell happened last night, would you have told me?" I didn't respond. She defeated me and I had nothing to say. I couldn't. I fucked up big time all because I over-thought one thing.

"And there's that. Thanks, for being such a great friend Anna." She grabbed her purse and swung the door open.

"Andrea-" I walked past the counter, but she slammed the door shut. I walked over to the door.

"Anna, don't chase after her. She's too mad, give her some space." Connor stood up and walked towards me.

"I should've told her last night. I'm so stupid." I rubbed my temples.

"Don't call yourself that. You told her. At least you told her."

"Yeah but she found out before I could even tell her, and then she had to force it out of me so that I could tell her. She was right, if she wasn't here right now then I wouldn't have ever told her at all. And what kind of friend does that?"

"You moved out of that apartment so you wouldn't have to deal with drama. You are not responsible for their relationship, you don't even like Kian."

"I got involved in that situation right when I pulled Kian out of that damn restaurant to tell him to get back with Andrea because she loves him. I didn't know why."

"Because you care for Andrea." He had an answer to everything, and I appreciate him. But right now, I don't want this. I need to be alone, I need to just figure shit out in my brain and have alone time.

"I think you should just go Connor."

"We're not doing this again."

"Connor all of this is not your fault. I'm currently yelling at you for something you didn't do, and I can't even explain how mad I am right now."

"This is my problem too. Kian's my room mate and my best friend. We were both involved with this."

"Connor, please."

"Why are you always pushing me away?! I'm not doing something wrong, am I? I am trying so hard to make a friendship work out of you but no matter how hard I try, I end up being shut down from you. You're not the only one having problems in your life, guys have feelings too and I understand you. Right now you're in a position where you have no one. Your family is back at home, you moved out where all your friends are and the only person that you have with you, by your side, is me. If you push me away you won't have anyone to vent to. I don't even think you'd be able to make friends alone if you push people away. And I'm sorry if I sound like an asshole for saying this, but it's true.

If you want me to leave, I will." I heard him turn the door knob, open the door, then close it.

And here I stand, with the dead truth sinking deep into my brain.

I grab the glass of water Andrea drank out of and threw it at the door. The glass shattered, there was water all over the hardwood floor.
