Your P.O.V
I started to show the new guy around the office building.
"So here's the conference room. Any questions? I looked at him and for some reason he was blushing.
"Oh! Uh, no I have no questions." He tells me in a shy tone of voice. This guy sure is weird. Looking at him, he seems like a different person. Not that I know him, but he looks like he is not the shy type.
"Oh, okay then. I have to go now, so see you around then..."
I start to walk away and I can feel my back get cold.
Nere's P.O.V
Wow, she never recognized me at all. It's strange that she didn't, but who cares. Now is my chance to make her mine and only mine, but first I will watch her a bit to see what she does around here.
Your P.O.V
I walk to my desk to start the day's work, but it was hard to focus since [friend one] and [friend two] are gone. I hope they are happy wherever they are now.
I look up from my work as Nere enters my office with a stack of papers in hand. "Hey, ____ I need your help on some paperwork that Levi gave me and I don't know what to do."
"Sure, why not? So what did he give you Nere?"
"Just this." He hands me the work and I sit him next to me to show him how it's done.
~two hours later~
"Thank you for helping me, ____. I well repay you for the help."
"Oh no, that's okay, Nere. It's my job to help you anyway."
"Oh, I insist on it. Please, ____. I could buy you dinner or something."
"Mmm, alright then, but I choose where, okay."
"That's fine by me. See you after work then..."
~after work~
Nere walks in my office once again "Are you ready to go eat? I'm hungry."
"Yeah, we can go now." I grab my things and head out with Nere.
"Sorry, I don't own a car but we can walk, right?"
"Yeah, it's okay since I walk home from here."
~at a random restaurant~
"So, ____ how long have you been living here?" Nere asked as he took a bite of his food.
"Well, I think it's been three...almost four years now." I give him a smile and eat more of my food "What about you?"
Nere blushes and finishes swallowing his food. "Well, I moved here about three weeks ago (you know he is lying of course) and found this job." He finished his food as we talked.
"Well I should go now, it's getting late." I get up to leave.
"Wait, let me walk you home then." He gets up, pays for the food and follows me.
"I live close by here." I pointed at the apartments.
"Hey, I live there too." He laughs and walks me to the door.
"Oh wow, so we can walk together to work, right?" He looks at me and nods.
"Well, I have to go then. See you tomorrow. Good night, Nere!" I wave at him and enter my apartment.
Nere's P.O.V
That was fun but it just wouldn't do! I need more! The funny thing is that I live right on top of her. It wasn't easy to get that apartment, but I took care of the people who lived there.
(Hey AOT Dorks I have bad news!!! my mom found out about my book and she thinks it's the devils work so she wants me to end it soon.
