I moved my arm under his and pushed it off. It fell back and I was free from his grip.

When I sat up Remington rolled to the other side of the bed and continued with his peaceful sleep.

The cold from my hands shocked me back awake as I laid my head on my palms. It sent a shock to my brain and caused me to stand up abruptly.

I needed to get out of here fast.

Once my clothes were sloppily placed on and I nearly fell down quite a few times, I opened up the bedroom door and walked out.

The walk of shame.

Hungover, groggy, and with the great scent of sex on my skin, I made my way to the front door without anyone noticing. It wasn't until I opened the door that I heard footsteps rushing towards me.

"Good morning!" Sebastian greated.

He wore black sweatpants matched with a black long sleeve shirt. His hair was tied back which exposed his forehead. It elongated his face and complimented his sharp cheekbones and jawline.

I think I preferred him like this.

"Morning," I mumbled as I tried my best to sound fully awake.

We walked outside and parted ways at my van. As I walked inside I heard him call to me. "Where are you going?"

I peaked out the door with a large smile as I thought of a quick lie. "To get some water before I run out!"

Thank God he bought it.

As I drove far away from that place thoughts ran through my head. What would his eyes say when he wakes up to see that I am long gone? Would they appear casual and stolid, not a care in the world? Or would they leak hours after I was wished to be back?

I was too far in my head to notice the tears running down face. They cooled off when the air conditioning hit them and left me shivering without a clue why.

Uh oh...
