chapter 21 Who are you

"what the hell zero" said akane as she glared at him and began to help me up.

"How do you know my name who are you" he said as he stared at us curiously. "What are talking about where you.." I was cutt off by the girl from before "

omg I know who you are I am so sorry for not recgonizing you I will meet with you in a second." She said as she nooded at the gards to lead us out.

Before we left the room I could have sowrn I heard her say we where here for money. The gards took us and lead us to a big room with a table ane chairs.

"Her highness queen Yumi will meet with you in a second please take a seat" one of the gards said as he they both left the room.

"Uhhh exactly what is going on here" I said looking at akane and Luke who looked just as confused as me.

" I think where about to find out" said Xavier as he nodded to the door that was opening and there stood the girl from before.

"Hello, please take a seat" she said signaling at the chairs. We all cautiously took a seat not taking our eyes off her

" As you probably already figured I am queen Yumi of the lysps" I looked at the girl she had long silver hair that reached her mid back and blue eyes that sparkled.

her height of 5'1 towerd over the other lysps and her pale white skin sparkled under the soft light of the lamp hanging above.

Her voice brought me out of my thoughts "I am sorry i had to do it" she said almost at the edge of tears. "What are you talking about" I said just as confused as everyone in the room.

"The reason why zero can't remember you guys is because of me" she said pausing to wipe some tears away. "Let me start from he beginning as you can tell I do not look like the other lysps thats is because I am a half breed my father was the king of lysps and my mother was an a class vampire." She said taking a pause.

"I was never supposed to take over the throne as maybe people rejected that I was not a full blood. Which is why me and my mother where outcasted and we lived at the top of the mountain. My father would visit us from time to time" she said as she continued glancing at me.

"My father ended up remarrying a lysp women and they attempted to have children for one of them to take over the throne unfortunately she was unable to give brith to a single heir and that left em being the only heir to the thron" she said but before she could continue akane stoped her.

" Ok that's good and all but what does that have to do with my dumwited brother"she said as she rolled her eyes.

"Well your brother is my mate like how in warewolves they have mates it is the same in each specie's. I found your brother ingured and starving from the lack of blood at the edge of the mountain"

"When a lysps find there mate a path forms that glows and leads them to there mate and once there eyes connect the world disappeares and they are left with just the too of them."

"When a vampire finds there mate there eyes begin to glow red and again when there eyes connect it's only the two of them" she said smiling at the thought.

"My mother use to tell me all these stories about mates and how she met my father" she said glancing at her hands and contuing.

"When I first met my mate I didnt expect to find him on the edge of life and death in a panick I took him up the mountain and tried to find help but none of lysps would help as you know lysps have the greatest healing properties." She said as she waved her hand an white light began to edit from her hand.

"As I am a half breed people thought that I would be like my mother but instead i became like my father and inherited his emese majic power however as many don't know I also gained  the strength and speed of a vampire" she said as she slammed her fist on the desk easily creating a crack in the center.

I was about to ask her how and she cut me off "I know you have questions please let me finish explaining because if I stop now I don't know if I will have the courage to say it again" I nodded at her to continue.

"I had gained my mother power first but when I went zero and the thought of him dieing because I had only one side of my powers was to intense that it tapped in to my lysps magic and I was able to heal him"she said as a tear slipped from her eye.

"However I didn't know that the injury was not only on his body but his mind and because of my inexperience he doesn't rember anything from before the time he met me" she said as she gripped her fist tighter.

"Well I guess we'll have to change that won't we" said akane as she smirked.

We all looked at her confused "what do you mean" said Yumi as she looked at akane.
Akane just smirked and ran out.

We all quickly fallowed her in to the hall where zero was sitting on the throne talking to some of the gards.

Akane ran straight for him and a kicked him straight in the stomach knocking him out of the chair and into the wall behind him.

"Hello there dear brother" she said as she smirked gripping the pendant in her hand and punched him in him chest....
