Chapter 19 Mountain High

I woke up to akane violently shaking me awake. "What the heck are you doing" I said as she continued to shake me untill I sat up straight "finally your awake we have been trying to wake you up for 20 min" she said as she rolled her eyes at my glare.

" Now get up and get ready we don't have time we need to make it to the mountains by tonight and if where lucky we'll make it to the cave of the lysps" she said as she left the tent.

I got dressed and headed out to find the horses packed. As I glanced around my eyes landed on Xavier who was talking to luke when we looked my way. I quickly looked away as the memories from last night brought a blush to form on my face.

Shaking my head I went over to spirit and got ready to mount. Once we where all ready we headed off to the mountains to find my brother who is hopefully alive.

4 hours and a lot of anoying sleeping creeped later we reached the end of the mountains. "It's too steep to take the horses I think we should set up the protective so we can leave them here untill we get back" said akane as she pulled out the rods from last night and creating a decent size circle for the horses to roam freely.

After setting up there food and water we bange are really long climb up on the mountain. After about 4 hours of climbing we managed to reach the entrance to the cave.

"Ok we should start making our way through the cave the sun is going down and there is a possibility that the creepers are on this mountain as well" said akane as she scanned the mountain.

We made our way into the cave careful fallowing akane and Luke who where using a weird square compus. "Why is the compus a square" I asked my curiosity getting the best of me.

"Well normal compuses fallow the Earth's megnetic feild this on fallows the magic you apply to it" she said not glancing away from the compus.

"What she means is its like a tracker you take the item you want to be tracked and place it in the compus in this case we used the magic dust of the lysps" he said pulling out a bag that was filled with sparkling white dust.

As I was about to ask another question akane froze in her spot causing us all to knock into each other."why did you stop" I gumbled getting up off the ground.

"Looks like we found the entrance" she said smirking. I looked around but all I could see was darkness and the sound of water dripping on the damp floor of the cave.

"I don't see..." I was cut off by akane as she waved her hand in front of me. "Luke the dust" she said point to a place on the wall

Luke took a handle full of the white dust and threw it on the wall at first nothing happened but then the wall began to crack in a circle opening up and entrance to a part of the cave.

We fallowed the path untill we saw a light up ahead. As I moved closer to the light I couldn't believe my eyes....
