Chapter 19

 Dana's POV:

"DANI WHAT AM I GONNA WEAR!?"

"UMMMMM LET ME SEARCH THROUGH YOUR CLOSET... HOW ABOUT THIS?" She took out these gorgeous sky blue rompers and a crochet cardigan. They went so well together.  Dani is like my stylist.

Jack told me that I could sleep over in Jack G's girlfriend Cristina's house. This is gonna be fun,  Jack says she's really nice and I saw her pictures with Jack she's really pretty. I already packed up my stuff and I'm ready to leave. My driver Ben picks me up and brings me to the airport. I'm getting tired of planes.

Dani's POV

Dana just left for Omaha like an hour ago. I had nothing better to do so I decided that am gonna go for a ride to Panda Express cause 1. Im hungry and 2. Im craving Chinese. On my way there I recive a text from Shawn saying he wants to skype I eventually reply and say yes

"Waddup" I say to my phone screen

"Where are you right now?"

"Oh im heading to Panda Express cause im STARVING"

"haha typical you"

"why'd you wanna skype?"

"I miss you"

"Aw Mendes I miss you too"

we talked for what seemed like ages. I miss seeing his face or the way he randomly sings out loud, even miss his food hogging, but I mostly miss him.

Dana's POV:

I reach Omaha . I just got my luggage and as I head out I see Jack holding a rose. OH MY GOD HE'S SOOOOOO SWEET! I take the rose and hug him. I missed him and it hasn't even been a week yet.

"Heyy I missed you" He says while hugging me back.

"Were you reading my mind?" I giggle.

We head out to his car and he drives me to Cristina's house.

"You could drop your luggage over and we could hang out. But if you have jet lag then you can rest it's fine."

"Maybe I need to hang out with Cristina today. I mean I'm gonna be homewrecking , it might be rude that I'm just going out without getting to know her."

"Oh it's fine she has a date with Gilinsky"

"Oh okay then. I'm not really tired I'm used to flying anyways" 

"Okay then let me take you on a tour."

He drives me around Omaha and shows me places. It's really nice here I actually would like to live here one day. He stops by this park that has a bridge with a little stream leading to a lake. It's kind of cold here but I like it. We sit in a grassy area near the lake and a guy selling hot dogs in a cart passes by and I just stare at it realizing that I'm kinda hungry. Jack notices me staring over the corn dogs and stands up offering me his hand to help me up so that we could get some.

"You know exactly how to win my heart Jack."

"It's not hard when I see you drooling over them." I look down shyly and wipe my face. He puts his arm around me and we both go to the cart. He buys us hotdogs and we sit back down on that grassy area. I have this weird habit where I don't eat the last bit of my sandwich or anything when it's only bread left. As I see ducks passing by I decide to give them some bread. After they ate some I look back at Jack who had his gaze fixed on me. I wonder what he's thinking. I snap my fingers infront of his face.

"JACK! GET OUT OF YOUR DAY DREAM."

"beautifu....What?"

"What did you say?"

"I said this view of the lake is beautiful"

"Okay?" I turn back at the view to see that the sun is setting making the water of the lake reflect the beautiful colors of the sun. It was truly a beautiful view. "I like Omaha already" 

I lay back on the grass next to Jack and everything was just perfect.

Cristina answers the door and greets me with a hug, she's really friendly I have a feeling I'm gonna like her. Jack and I enter the house which is big but is very hospitable and makes me feel warm and comfortable already. Cristina leads us to the guest room and Jack drops off my luggage like the adorable gentleman he is.

"Sleep well babe"

"You too" I hug him and he leaves.

"Hmmm I heard so much about you from Jack." Cristina says while sitting on a couch next to my bed.

"Really? "

"Ya he wouldn't shutup" I blush and look down.

" So are you going to the party tomorrow?" I change the conversation before I get my hopes up.

"Yes! Ofcourse."

"Great atleast I'm gonna know a few people there."

"Yaa.. We should do something ! Want to have a movie night?"

"Sure!"

We end the day with movie night and it was just a blast.
