Jermaine and myself arrived to my Mom's place in the wee hours of the morning, I knew he was tired but I appreciated him taking me.
I went into a panic over a text message that I received from Camron saying 'I'm back'.
It scared me that he could so easily come back into town and try and shatter my world. Everything Jermaine and I were building. It just wasn't fair.
Jermaine and I had gotten so close, I questioned if we could be broken.

After a few knocks on the door my very tired Mother let us in. She didn't ask questions she went directly back to bed. Jermaine and I made ourselves at home in my room for when I'm here.
After all of the silence Jermaine asked me ''Nells what happened?''
With much hesitation I responded,
''He text me saying he's back, it terrified me, what if he's coming to hurt me? Ruin what we have? I can't deal with that.''
Jermaine sat silent taking in everything I just told him. Moments passed before he responded he simply nodded saying '' I understand why you freaked out, he's not going to hurt you, or us.''
With that reassurance I laid down with him and engaged in our usual 'pillow talk' until he drifted off counting sheep. I stayed awake, I had no intentions in sleeping anytime soon.
