Your POV

'Today's the day' I told myself. I had both my things packed, my favorite time- killers, and the rarest collecting thing ever! I had a Shiny Chariot card. I hold it wherever I go. 'Believing is your magic' I repeated in my head.

Soon, I was headed down the stairs and said goodbye to everyone that was saying their goodbyes. "Here, y/n. You may need this at the terminal" my grandma said. It was a broom! "Thank you, grandmother" I smiled and gave her a hug. After receiving gifts from everyone, I used the one out of two spells I remembered.

Couple of tries later, I managed to shrink everything miniature sized. "Yay!" I shouted in victory. "Bye everyone" I said as I walked. "Bye" All my family waved me off. I walked to the bus terminal, which was actually a huge tree that has a witch's transport with broom access.

A while later, I made it in record time. "3 minutes? Not that bad" I said out loud. Dusting off the edges smoothly, I put my leg over the other end and pat them together. The other spell I knew was the flying spell. "Tia Freyre" I confidently said.

Oh wow, I flew! Blue sparks lit up from the dusting part and then I lifted from the ground. I pointed upwards with the broom, directing it to speed up a bit, and it did so. "I hope they can teach me how to fly quicker" I joked around. Many colors zoomed past me while flying through the terminal.

After the ride, a white flash of light faded in as well as the symbol for Luna Nova in bright yellow. I appeared in a big room, nearly filled up with other witches. 'So cool' I thought to myself, and that's when I saw the teachers. 'Not so much' I thought as I saw the mean ones. I walked over to an empty seat and sat down, waiting for everyone to be here, and for all of us to be welcomed in to Luna Nova.

In the meantime, I took out my sketchbook, and drew the symbol of Luna Nova, since it was so cool.

Everyone was here, and I placed back my sketchbook in my book bag. "And now that that has been said, let us begin the ceremo-" the head mistress nearly finished until a spark of light came from the center. Screams started to fade in, and then three girls fell in the center, all on top of each other. "Alright! I made it in time!" A girl shouted from upfront. That girl seems familiar- oh wait!

They're Akko! My favorite childhood friend. I saw another teacher that arrived at the same time sneak back into their place, acting like nothing had ever happened. ' Oh boy' I whispered to myself. After that, we all departed from each other and went to set up our dorm rooms.

I had a room for myself, and that's good since I still had all my gifts. Soon after, the place looked great.

Time Skip

I walked over to one of the nearby dorms to see if Akko was there. I had heard her from across the door, and I gently knocked on it. "Who is it?" Akko asked. "It's me, uh y/n." Akko bursted the door open and squeezed me in a hug.

" I can't believe you're here too!" Akko yelled and jumped around. "Hi, I'm Lotte, and I like talking to little ghosts" Lotte spoke from her seat. "Hello, I'm Sucie VairVonBon, and I like making potions" as she smiled kind of creepy. "H-hi, I'm y/n l/n, and it's nice to meet you all" I said happy. Sucie and Lotte smiled back at me, and Akko squeaked.

"I got a gift for you" Akko said while holding out her hands. "What is it?" I asked. "Ta- da!" she said. "Oh, a little locket. Thank you" I smiled while opening it.

"Do you like it?" Akko asked while Lotte peeked closer. Tears started to form in my eyes. "Maybe she doesn't like it" Lotte said sadly. "No, it's not that" I said with a smile. I opened it up more for Lotte to see the picture.

A picture of me and Akko when we were little, in my backyard. "This takes us way back when, remember?" I asked. Akko nodded and opened the door, letting me get my time to say last minute things. "Anything else, y/n?" Akko asked before I left. "Here's a gift for you" I said while holding muffins.

"Woah! Muffins?! Where did you get this?" Akko said surprised. "A magician never reveals their tricks" I joked. "But you aren't a magician yet" Akko said with a serious face. "Not yet" I said. Akko took one muffin out and stuffed it in my mouth.

"What the- mmm" I said in shock. Akko laughed, as well as Sucie. . .but not Lotte. Akko passed out the muffins to her friends, and I stepped out for some air, because that room seemed a bit dusty. " I have to go" I walked off into the halls. "Wait!" Akko said running for me.

"What's up, Akko?" I asked. Then after, she hugged me. "Akko? You alright?" I asked not certain. "Have a nice night" Akko said. "Goodnight, Akko."

I walked back into the dorm room I was staying in, and I found a treat on the table. "Who could this be from?" I asked carrying it closer to my face. "Dear y/n, welcome to Luna Nova. I am sorry to intrude on your property, but I would like you to feel like you're at home. - Sincerely, Diana Cavendish."

Oh wow, for the first time, I actually got a note from another person, rather than my family. I can't wait to see who she actually is tomorrow. I place the gift basket back where it was and head my way to my bed. Near the window, I see the stone tower and stare at it. Beautiful.
