chapter 3 piece of cake

I took her to my favorite restaurant, i always go there with Emmy, just the two of us, it's like our little heaven, it was the first time we came here with someone. i guess there's always start for everything. I ordered my usual steak and pasta, it became my favorite dish since i was 15. It's a long story but why i remembered it now??

As the waiter was taking her order he flirted with her, i tensed it was first time that in front of me i was ignored and a guy flirted with my girl but decided to let go after all she's not MY GIRL LITERALLY.

she was very nice with my sister and it's seems that Emmy liked her as well, I felt something warm and sweet in my heart as if that huge hole in my chest disappeared. i asked her what she's doing in California because i know that she's not from here, but she gave me an answer that makes you pose more questions. she's an interesting young lady .Suddenly waiter comes with piece of paper, she read it and smiled, i asked " what's it?" she gave me the paper i was furious how dare him?? who was that person who send this shit??

''Don't you dare doing anything, give me your phone" she said; I looked at her in shock but gave her my phone. Saying that I was surprised when she ,dialed ambulance then emptied the bottle and throw the plate in the man's face and punched him, was nothing what was that? she was hurt a flash of sadness appeared in her eyes then fear and shock. how she knew that he was the drunk guy? she only looked around I wanted to ask her what was that but she cuted me not willing to go further and asked: " I need a favor, I'm looking for a job and I'm new here so can you help me?" oh my god those puppy eyes only her knew how to put them and makes me agreed to everything. " uh what do you know?"

" well i finished a juridical faculty, and i'm good with people"

what's she doing? " well i can see that; actually i'm looking for an assistant..."; she cut me "well you found it". I gave her my card and before she disappeared in her cab she turned and with a smile told me " see you tomorrow".

I drive Emmy home and took her to her room. she was asleep when my phone rang.

" man where are you? it's freaking 10:00 pm and you'r not here give you 5 seconds to bring your ass here"; and Joe ended the call. It takes 10 minutes for me to arrive i went directly to VIP section to find that Joe was already barely standing on his feet. " man you look like a pig what happened to you so you drank that much?" I asked him; "she said yes, she said yes"

" who said yes and are you getting married?? who's that poor girl? and who are you for gods sake i don't recognize you!!"

"Anne you remember her Lisa's friend i asked her to go out 3 months ago but she agreed only today"

"good for you". i said dryly Lisa I miss you so much why it's ended like that.

"sry mate i didn't want to.."

I cut him "that's ok it's just i meet a girl that remembered me of her and now you"

"wow and who is this girl?"

"no one just a girl and she will be my assistant from now on,she's little wild and in the same moment very sweet can you believe that she pushed a guy because he was hitting on her" a little laugh escaped my lips.

"oh man you will have a hard time with her I know her type it's better if you stay away from her you can't handle this"

"and why? you forgot that I'm Zack  Hunter and I always get what i want"

" ha ha seriously man you have no chance if that poor guy asked her number and she send him in a knockout i can't imagine what will happen to you"

" ha ha very funny"

"wanna bet?"

" it's a piece of cake I'm on".
