Chapter 11

WILL was so happy. He finally got Nico to sorta become his friend!

Currently, it was the next day. Will was at school, having the time of his life. He's been at this school for, like, 3 days, and he had already made 2 friends. It wasn't particularly unusual to make 2 friends in that time, but it counts as an accomplishment when one of those friends made it very clear he didn't want to be friends.

So ya, awesome week so far.

While walking through the hallway, Will saw Nico, but Nico was surrounded by two people. Will recognized them as Percy Jackson and Jason Grace, two of the biggest jocks at school.

They stood in front of Nico, towering over him like giants. Nico stood there, back towards the wall, clutching the math book in his hand. His posture was slouched, it was like he was trying to look as small as possible, a look of terror was present on his face.

Will tried to listen in on what Percy and Jason, but he was just out of earshot to make anything out. Though, it was very apparent that they were being mean to Nico.

Will started to approach the three. Nico looked like he needed some help, and Will is here to deliver some.

"Hey!" Will yelled to the bullies, "Leave him alone."

All three turned their heads at Will. Will saw Nico give the most relived look he'd ever seen him show. But, the two jock seemed to find this funny.

Percy turned his head to Nico, "What, is this your boyfriend or something?" Percy said this while stifling a laugh.

Will spoke again, "Leave him alone, or I'll tell a teacher."

Percy was about to laugh again, but Jason stopped him and said quietly, "Dude, my dad will kill me if I get detention again."

Percy sighed, "Fine." He turned to to Will and glared, then both of them walked away.

After they left, Nico crumbled onto the ground. Will rushed to his side.

"Hey, are you OK?" Will kept his voice quiet and calming. Nico nodded. "Lets go to class, k," Will suggested. Nico nodded again.

A/N

Hello people, it me, the girl who can't update in a efficient matter. I really have no excuse for waiting almost 3 months to update the book, it's the middle of summer. In all honesty, I was just really lazy, and I had some writers block, and I had summer soccer.

Also, you'd think with the amount of Of time since the last chapter, the update would be bigger.... :/
