My Angel.

"Angel, quit it," I giggled. I had been seeing him for the past few weeks. I had been friends with him, and for some silly reason, I felt like I was safe with him. like he wouldn't hurt me as Amber did.

"Why would I do that, love?"

"Because I said sooo," I gigged more, swatted at his hands which were tickling me to death. He finally quit and gave me a peck on the forehead.

"Fine, fine." He held his hands up in surrender. "Are we gonna watch the movie now?" We were watching The Ring, that is, until Angel started tickling me.

"Well we can't now, we lost our place. It's late anyways. I should probably head home, Angel."

"Just stay," he whined.

"Angel," I said. "I can't. You have that meeting in the morning and I don't want to bother you." I paused. "You need a good rest."

"I'll get a better rest if you're here." I sighed. I had never stayed over night.

"Fine," I surrendered. "I don't have clothes though."

"When I leave for my meeting I can take you home," he said, smiling. "Let's go to bed, love."

[3:17am]

Ring ring... Ring ring...

"Mmm.. Hello?" I mumbled after picking my phone up. I thanked God Angel was a heavy sleeper.

"Belinda, I need your help," someone familiar said.

"Who is this?"

"I..." A sigh. "Amber. It's Amber."

"Why are you calling me," I growled. I was still upset about what she did.

"I'm on the side of the freeway, Belinda. I just crashed." What???

"Are you okay?!" I jumped up and put my shoes on.

"I'm okay I think. A little bloody but okay. I need a ride home. My car is totaled. Please," she said quietly. Of course!!!

"I'm on my way Amber, stay where you are." I opened the door and turned back to look at Angel. I decided to write him a note. I couldn't leave him like that.

I had to go help a friend. I'll be back when I can. x.

I left the note on his nightstand and left.

I drove as fast as I could down the freeway, and came upon a severely damaged car, steaming. Shit.

"Belinda," I heard as I got out of my car.

"Amber! Are you alright?!" I grabbed her by the shoulders and examined her. She had a large cut on her forehead and more almost everywhere. And then I smelled it. Alcohol. "Have you been drinking?!"

"No? Why the hell would I be drinking?"

"Don't fucking lie to me, Amber, I can smell it."

"Why do you think I didn't call 911?"

"You have to go to the hospital dude you're cut all over." She rolled her eyes as if to say oh well.

"I am not, I repeat, not, getting a DUI for this."

"Fine," I sighed. "I'll get Andrew to tow the car, and take her home.." I was muttering more to myself than her. I dialed Andrew's number.

"Mmm, hello?" Ha.

"Andrew it's Belinda. I need a favor from you."

"At 3:41am??"

"I need you to tow my friends car. She's drunk off her ass and wrecked bad. No DUI's are possible. The crappy thing is already paid for so it's whatever. Come and get it please."

"Well damn," he said grunting.

"It's next to the offramp leaving town. Thanks Drew." I hung up and escorted Amber to my car and we went to my place. She had like 3 cars and I knew she would keep driving. I couldn't leave her at home.

"Why are we here?"

"I don't trust you. You're staying with me for the rest of the night."  She groaned but didn't argue further. We got to my house and I grabbed her some blankets. She fell asleep on my couch within minutes and I smiled. What a hangover she will have.

I began to feel drowsy and fell asleep on my bed.

"Belinda." I jumped awake to the sudden noise.

"What?!" I sighed when I saw Amber. "Yeah?"

"I made you breakfast. I hope you don't mind I used your food." She laughed.

"What the hell did you make me?!"

"Eggs -sunny side up- , bacon, and toast. Oh! I made coffee too." Well damn. What happened to hating her???

Oh yeah. She made me food.

I followed her to my kitchen and saw everything I loved in breakfast. Her and I ate. She didn't really eat much, but I didn't mind. Everything was perfect, even the coffee.

Well damn. That girl knows how to make up to someone.
