"This is really fucking good. I'm telling you, Puerto Rico needs to step it up a little bit," Angeline said, chewing down some fries.
"Um, Angeline, Puerto Rico has Burger King. Duh."
"Well, they never made their fries this good man."
"Yeah, I guess you're righ-"
"Belinda," Angeline said. "Close your damn mouth."
"What?"
"Close your mouth dude! She's hot but jeez!" She was talking about the girl I was probably creepily ogling at.
She was hooottt. Long legs, curvy body, which was hugged by a tight top. Damn. Her perfect red hair fell over her shoulders, and it was curled to perfection. She was standing at the entrance of the restaurant, shopping bag from the mall on her arm.
She looked right at me and I froze. A blush rose to her cheeks and she adjusted her hair.
"Angeline, Angeline, Angeline, Angeline, Angeline, ANGELINE," I hissed. She just sat there and stared with me. Then the redheaded girl started walking towards us.
"Hey, can you help me? I'm a little lost.." I couldn't speak.
"Y-yeah," I managed.
"I'm Amber." She blushed again and smiled. Perfect fucking dimples. Damn.
"I'm Belinda. This is Angeline." I gestured to my friend. "What do you need help finding?"
"The way out of this place." She giggled.
"We can help you," Angeline chimed. "Are you not from around here?" We stood up and left the Burger King.
"Nope. I'm from California."
"Well, welcome to Pennsylvania," Angeline said with a smile. I had quit talking, watching the way she walked. She walked with elegant strides, heels clicking on the floor. I personally hated heels, but she looked amazing in them.
"So," Amber looked over at me. "Belinda, is it?"
"Y-yeah," I stuttered. She giggled. Damn adorable giggle. We walked to the exit of the mall. "Well, goodbye," I sighed.
"Belinda, can I have your number? Just in case I get lost again?" She smiled and I swear my heart stopped. My number?
"Yeah, s-sure. Um, he-here." I wrote my number down and handed it to her. Angeline grinned at me and I discreetly flipped her off. Ha.
"Thanks," she said, smiling. She took the piece of paper and walked off to her car, in that damn tight top. And those denim shorts. And those fucking heels. Click, click, click.
[Later that day]
I was jamming out to Of Mice & Men when my phone started buzzing. I paused my music. Number unknown.
"Hello?"
"Hey, is this Belinda? It's Amber." Shit, I thought. I can't handle seeing her twice in a day. Too, too, much.
"Um, hey. It is." You could practically hear her smile.
"Great! I was hoping we could hang out tomorrow." Ohhh, shit.
"Yeah, that's cool. What time?"
"That's up to you, Missy." She paused. "As long as we can get ice cream or something. I've figured since I'm on vacation I can stop counting calories. And ice cream sounds sooooo good." Why the hell count calories???
"Cool. Well, I can meet you at Aunt Jo's diner. She has the best ice cream."
"See you then, Belinda." I got shivers when she said my name. What the hell..?
"Y-yeah, see you t-tomorrow. Bye," I managed. I hung up and started blasting my favorite bands again. Well, tomorrow is going to be sooooo fun, I thought.
