It was Christmas Eve and excitement filled the air. It was all too contagious, and Aria skipped happily along the path. Ignoring the odd looks she was getting from the people she passed, she went towards the place that MJ had told her to meet him.
Humming a tune, she came to a stop when she saw him standing at the end of the path. Next to him was a towering Christmas tree decorated with twinkling fairy lights, and more of the lights were decoratively placed on the surrounding bushes and railings, making it all look so beautiful.
And the most wonderful of them all was Myungjun, who seemed to shine with his own light, and in his hand was an intricately wrapped box.
Aria teared up a bit and ambled over to him.
Now, standing in front of him, she went to speak, only for him to interrupt her.
"Aria, Merry Christmas." He held out the box to her and eagerly waited for her to open it.
"Thank you." She untied the bow and was careful not to rip the paper. It was too pretty for her to ruin it.
Inside was a delicate necklace. Its pendant was shaped like a star that dangled above a crescent moon. It was the most breathtaking necklace she had ever seen.
He took the necklace from her and moved behind her. He swept her hair to the side and placed the necklace on her neck before fastening it. He then wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his head on her shoulder.
"You are my star, Aria," he softly said into her ear, his cool breath fanned out on her neck, making her blush. "I love you."
She spun around and hugged him. Peering up at him she said, "I love you too, Junnie."
Without a moment's hesitation, he leaned down and brushed his lips against hers.
