Jimin's hair was always messy in the mornings. Of course, Yoongi didn't know this, so the sight hit him like a train when the smaller boy came dragging out of his room just as the clock passed eight.

Yoongi put his mug down, eyeing the younger up and down. He was wearing a cute pair of pajama shorts, showcasing his muscular legs - or rather, thighs. Over that, he was wearing an over sized sweater that hid his small hands underneath it. His face was a little puffy, and his eyelids were droopy. He came over to the table were Yoongi was sitting, greeting him with a cute little "good morning", before proceeding to pour himself a cup of the coffee the older boy had just made.

"Did you sleep well yesterday?" Yoongi asked, sipping his cup carefully.

Jimin nodded, sniffing slightly. The whole thing was just so extremely adorable, Yoongi couldn't help smiling. When Jimin noticed, he started smiling, too.

"Yeah, I did. And you?" he asked, propping his elbow onto the table, leaning his chin into his palm.

"Mhm. Your couch is very comfortable to sleep on", Yoongi said, looking over at said couch. He had neatly folded the blanket after getting up, putting it over the back.

"I've heard so from some of my guests. I got it with that in mind", Jimin said, following Yoongi's gaze.

"Do you have a lot of guests that stay over night, then?" Yoongi asked, not thinking much into it before he noticed Jimin's sudden hesitation. When he looked at the boy, he could see the blush spreading across his face, and realization hit him.

"Oh, no, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it like that, I just- ugh, that came out wrong, I'm so sorry", Yoongi apologized quickly, his face was probably just as red as Jimin's at that point.

Jimin giggled, sipping his cup. "It's fine. And no, for that matter, I don't have a lot of nightly guests. But I used to love sleepovers when I was a kid, and I thought if I maybe had a friend or family over, they could stay on the couch."

Yoongi nodded, leaning back in his chair.

"Well, I'm grateful for that", he said, smiling gently. Jimin returned the smile, brushing a piece of hair out of his eyes.

"But, Yoongi, now that you are crashing at my place, I feel like we need to get to know each other better. I wanna know about your life, what you like, what you dislike... stuff your friends would know", Jimin said, sipping his coffee.

Yoongi nodded slowly, his smile disappearing from his face as a cold hand gripped his heart.

"I... don't think we should talk about that right now, you know? You probably have work in not too long and-" he was about to excuse himself, but Jimin came before him, waving his small hand in front of him.

"No, no, go on, tell me. I'm off today", the boy said with a grin.

Yoongi sighed, looking down. The atmosphere in the room was changing quickly from a fun, lighthearted one to a heavy, serious one. Jimin seemed to have noticed, as his hand found its way under Yoongi's chin, lifting it up and giving him a reassuring glance.

"Hey, I'm not going to pressure you, but I will not judge you or anything", he said, biting his lip slightly. Yoongi nodded, leaning back.

"Well, where do I start?" he asked, scratching the back of his neck and putting his cup at the table. "I am a waiter, or, was, before I came here. But I want to do music, that's my passion. I went to a regular high school, I was pretty good, but my friend Namjoon was way better than me. He was at the top of every class, but he still managed to become friends with me of all people".

Yoongi chuckled at the memory of how Namjoon had started talking to Yoongi after classes, later revealing that it was because Yoongi seemed like he needed a friend. Namjoon didn't know how much Yoongi appreciated him. The thought made Yoongi miss him.

"This Namjoon guy seems really nice. Are you sure he's just a friend?" Jimin asked teasingly, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. Yoogngi laughed, nodding his head.

"Yes, we're just friends. Namjoon has a boyfriend as well, they've been living together for a while now", he told, emptying the rest of his now luke warm coffee.

"Oh, how nice! What's his boyfriend called?" Jimin asked eager, leaning forward on his chair. Yoongi found the behavior a tad strange, but cute non the less.

"Kim Seokjin", he said. Jimin nodded slowly.

"Well, anyway, I don't know what more I should tell you. I like coffee, black. I enjoy music, not so much dancing", the oldest boy continued, looking into the air as he tried to come up with subjects to avoid the biggest question of them all...

"Why did you come to Busan?"

Damn it. He just had to ask didn't he?

Yoongi looked at Jimin, who looked back with big, innocent eyes.

"Well, uhm... I... I guess I was in a bad situation and just had to get away for a little while. I don't know how long I'll stay here. That's why I had no place to live, and had to ask you".

Jimin cocked his head to the side, frowning cutely.

"But what situation?" he asked, pouting slightly.

Yoongi stood up, bringing his cup over to the sink.

"It's not that I don't trust you, it's just that I'm not that comfortable talking about it yet. I think I just need some time to get my mind off things", he said, his back facing the younger boy.

"Okay", Jimin huffed, crossing his arms over his chest. "Well, we should do something fun today, then!"

Yoongi turned around with an amused smile. "You think so?"

Jimin nodded vigorously, standing up and walking over to the other boy, now with a playful grin replacing the pout.

"We should go to a club. You liked music, didn't you? We can go there, have a few drinks, get your mind off stuff, just have a good time", he said, inching closer. Yoongi leaned back onto the kitchen counter, crossing his arms.

"I told you I'm not a good dancer".

Honestly speaking, Yoongi didn't want to go to a club because that certainly wouldn't help him forget Taehyung.

"Ugh, fine, you're such a party pooper! What do you want to do then?" Jimin asked, poking his chest gently.

"How about we just stay in and watch movies the entire day?" Yoongi suggested, smiling down at the younger boy, who just sighed and pretended to be upset.

"Fine".

Meanwhile, a certain hotel not so far away from Jimin's apartment was now crowded with police cars, a certain room that had just recently been moved out of being searched from the floor to the roof.

And the results were not disappointing.
