As soon as we stood up from lunch to go to our 5th hour together, Lance grabbed my hand. He didn't make a big deal out of it, but I did. I was a blushing mess, everyone could see it. I could hear people whispering behind us about it, but Lance couldn't care less, he just kept walking. He talked to me about something he saw online, I had no idea what he was talking about, but he was so cute when he cared about something so random so much.

In our 5th hour, science, we sat on opposite ends of the room. I didn't really mind too much, but Lance almost started crying when he remembered. They were obviously fake tears, but still. Before I went to my seat, he dramatically kissed my hand, and walked away while still looking at me.

I blushed, and the entire class laughed. I walked back to my seat with my head down. Our science teacher, Coran, nobody calls him 'Mr. Coran', started class with a smile, as always. He asked us our daily question, and then told us the subject of that day's class. After that, he started to play the instructional video that he made himself. He was trying way too hard to get us to like him, but we humored him and acted like we liked it.

After each of my classes, Lance would walk me to my next class, and we held hands. Every time, he had to go away, he repeated what he did in science. After the final bell, I was getting my stuff from my locker, as usual, when he comes up to the locker next to mine, and puts his arm above his head, leaning on the locker. His other hand is on his hip, and I can see something sticking out of his pocket.

"Hey!" he said.

"Oh, uh, hi, Lance," I stutter, his shirt is pulled up a bit, since his arm is above his head. I can see part of his stomach.

"So, I had a question for you," he states. I start to turn around to face him, and I see him on one knee. I look around, confused, before looking back at him.

"Lance, w-what are you doing?" I ask nervously.

He pulls the thing sticking out of his pocket out to reveal a ticket, and holds it out to me, "Keith Kogane, will you go to a movie with me tonight?"

Sorry this chapter's a bit shorter, I wanted to end this chapter there, the next chapter will be a long one, I promise.
