Chapter 34: Simran Kicks Ass! WOOP WOOP! Danger in the field Part 1
And then silence, but the silence wasn’t awkward, no, it was just…silence.
Simran’s POV:
Match after match, past. I was getting impatient.
“Tie. Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno.” How can you watch them and call that a fight, pfft watching a match between Barbie and Care Bears would be more interesting -_- This is starting to bother me, Steph’s won her match Sasuke won his and well Sakura…. Sakura Lost, okay well she tied but that really means they both lost. Arrg I.WANNA.FIGHT!... *insert puppy pouting face* plweease. This is so sad I must be going crazy talking to myself as if someone will answer. Sighing, I practically smashed my head into the steel railing that I was leaning on, face wall when face palm isn’t enough. I can just feel the bruise coming on. Ouch...stupid piece of sh-
"Um, Simran..." I turned to Steph who was eyeing me worriedly form her sitting place. "Are you ... Okay?"
"Me?" I put on a happy-go-lucky smile; if she couldn’t tell it was fake no one could "I'm just peachy."
"Well get your peachy ass down there. It's your fight." I swiped my hand telling her that I didn’t care and placed my head back on my arm on the railing. A lighter bolt of realization hit me as I whipped my head up to the ‘computer’ thing that told us who was fighting.
"I'm fighting?... Yipee!" I jumped up and down on the spot. 'Cause that’s not weird right?’ it wasn't in a girl way though, trust :D "Wait?" I looked up at the board again to see who I was fighting. I had to stop myself from laughing at the name that appeared undermine. “Mada Ningyō?” I whispered to myself “who’s that?”Steph sighed and face palmed. “Obviously the girl down there waiting for you.”
“She looks mad.”
“Maybe because you’re taking forever.” Andy mumbled under his breath.
“Did you say something?” I glared at him.
“I said to hurry up and get down there.” He said raising his voice. I gave him one last glare before jumping over the railing, ready and pumped to fight.
Stephanie's POV:
“She looks mad.” Simran stated oblivious to the fact that Mada was glaring at her.
“Maybe because you’re taking forever to fight her.” Andy silently mumbled under his breath.
“Did you say something?” Simran sent daggers at full speed at him. Oh boy Simran, don’t kill him.
“I said to hurry up and get down there.” He said raising his voice. She gave him one last quick glare before excitedly but angrily jumping over the railing and down to meet her opponent. She really looked like a child at Christmas.
“Andy, when a girl asks ‘what did you say?’ they don’t say it because they didn’t hear you, they say it because there giving you a chance to change what you said.” I said rubbing my temples.
“That’s stupid, why don’t they just say that.” He said probably thinking to himself but loud enough for me to hear.
“Because, ‘we’ just do, and we think your smart enough to realize.”
“Doesn’t mean it’s not stupid. Women are so confusing.”“We know what we’re talking about.”
“Exactly, what makes you think we would know?”
“Okay, you got me there… but I will not lose… when I don’t have a bad head ache, pains in many places and cuts and bruises all over me. So for this battle I raise my imaginary white flag.”
