[Kookie's POV]

Kookie wakes to the morning sun beamed through the window. He was still lying on Y/N's lap, who should be waking soon.

He peers his head up to make sure he wasn't imagining Jimin leaving in the middle of the night. He wasn't around, he does see the coat he forgot, so he really did leave.

He feels fingertips brush the tips of his ears. It was his favorite spot. He let out a gentle purr as he looks up at Y/N.

"Good morning sweets," she softly says. Her eyes even sparkle in the morning!

"Morning," he rubs my head against her tummy.

She looks to the side of her. Her smile drops. "Have you seen Jimin?" She questions, confused.

He doesn't know whether he should tell that he kinda ditched in the middle of the night or not... he doesn't want to ruin Jimin's chances.

He nods his head. "A little bit after you fell asleep, Park Jimin went home."

She tilts her head. "Why? It's not like the creepy him to just leave like that."

"Well, it was because he was feeling... sick!" He squeaks. "He didn't want you too to get the sick, so he decided to go home to keep you safe."

She rubs her forehead. "That idiot," she chuckles. She looks down at her watch. "Oh, I gotta get ready!" She lifts me up and sets me on the cushion next to her. She gets off the couch.

"Where are you going Y/N?" He whines.

She looks over at him. "I gotta go to work silly," she smiles, rubbing the bunny's fuzzy head.

He tilts his head in confusion. "What's work?"

She rubs her chin. "I've already told you this Kookie," She chuckles. "It's kinda like you being the Easter Bunny. It's something you do for money."

"Oh, I see. Don't be late!" He hops on the cushion.

She chuckles before walking into the bathroom.

"Alright Sweets," Y/N begins. "I'll be heading out now."

"Do you have to leave?" He whines. He really didn't want her to leave, because he loved her company.

"If you want me to be able to afford pancakes, then yes I have to," She pats his head. "I'll be back soon," she walks out of the door, closing it behind her.
