[Kookie's POV]

Kookie waits impatiently in the waiting room, how ironic.

He couldn't tell what was going through his mind. Whether it was filled with so many emotions, or just empty. He's never had a feeling like this before. A feeling of such worry for someone he cares about.

He keeps his head down twiddling his thumbs until he hears the voice of a nurse.

"Kookie," the soft voice calls into the room.

Kookie lifts his head and abruptly gets out of his chair to follow the nurse.

She puts an arm in front of him, blocking him from going down the hall.

"Please be quiet. Y/N is sensitive right now, so it may be best if you don't run down the hall," she smiles.

Kookie look at her in shock. "How can you see me?"

The nurse tilts her head. "You're a human... Easter Bunny?" She winks.

Kookie lowers his eyes to her badge in the shape of a tooth. He facepalms.

"Toothie? What are you doing here?!" Kookie loudly whispers.

The Tooth Fairy looks down, admiring her own outfit, "Don't I look good as a human!" She squeals. Her smile quickly drops.

"But that's not the reason I'm here. I'm here to take you to get more believers so you stay alive," she grabs Kookie's wrist.

Kookie quickly pulls away. "No! I'm I'm sorry, but I need to go," He moves her hand and begins to walk down the hall.

The Tooth Fairy grabs his wrist again. "Go where Easter Bunny?"

"To someone," he says, trying to tug away.

She looks up at him. "To that girl? Easter Bunny, there's no possible way something like that would work out."

"I love her, okay!" he says sternly. Tears were beginning to form in his eyes, making his vision blurry.

She freezes, keeping her eyes on him. "E-Easter Bunny-" She stutters.

"It's Kookie," he sobs, ripping his wrist away from her gentle hand. His tears tap the tile floor in a repetitive manner.

He looks up at her, then back down. "I need to save her," he says before turning around and begins to run down to the hallway.

He ran faster. Faster. Fast enough so he couldn't catch his own breath.

He needed to find her.

To tell her that he loves her and wants to give up being the Easter Bunny and be with her for the rest of his life.

But he knows.

It wasn't meant to be that way.
