[Your POV]

Your eyes widen. "W...What?" You stutter with confusion.

"It's my fault you're in this condition," Kookie sighs.

You pause. How can you forget someone who has made such an impact in your life? And why does he think it's that simple?

You look up at him. Your eyelids still felt fairly heavy. "N...No. What are you talking about it's your fault for this? You didn't even do anything," you deny.

Tears were beginning to build up in his eyes. "That's the problem. I didn't tell you how low I was on believers. It's now only you and..."

Jimin walks through the door and takes a seat in the corner of the room, eyeing down the whole scene before him.

"Jimin," you finish his sentence.

"Not for long," Jimin mutters under his breath.

Kookie sends a quick glare at him before looking back at you. "Y/N," he grips onto your hands.

"I love you."

You freeze. It feels as if all of your blood has stopped flowing and has frozen in time. You wanted to react, but you couldn't get your body to move at all.

"I..."

You tighten the grip on his hands. "I love you too Kookie," you stutter.

Kookie looks up at you. You notice Jimin storm out of the room too.

"I love you Kookie," you continue. "And I can't stop believing in you if you've been the only thing that's given me life in a long time."

"But...If you believe in me any longer, you'll die," he quietly says, tears flowing down his cheeks. "And I don't want that to happen."

You put your hand on his cheek. "But then you will die," you too now had your eyes filled with tears.

He nods, holding my hand to his cheek. "I know, but I'll be happy that you're safe.

You shake your head. "I can't. I refuse to forget about you!"

He lets out a soft laugh. "Why do you have to be so stubborn?"

"I can't lose you. I've lost too many people I've loved," you weep, gripping onto the collar of his shirt.

His eyes turn soft. "But I can't have you leave all of the people that love and care for you. Eun Ae, Taehyung, and even Jimin. There are too many people for you to leave so soon."

Your lips quiver. You didn't know what to do, nor what to say. You put your arms around Kookie and pull him into a delicate kiss.

Kookie pulls away and looks at you in shock.

You grab his hand. "If someone has to go, then we go together," you say.

A small smile grows on his face. Kookie looks out the window to see Jimin standing there. Jimin points to what seems to be a hologram coming from a crystal necklace Kookie has in his hand.

Kookie gasps. You see a light coming from his hands. He takes a deep breath before he pulls you into a tight embrace.

"Thank you for everything."

You notice him beginning to fade away. "No!" You cry, trying to tightly hold him close to you. "I still believe in you! You can't leave!"

You look down and see that you too were fading away.

Within a few seconds, you two faded away from the world.

It was just the two of you. No one else was around. You look at him. He was still holding tightly onto you, refusing to let go.

He leans his head next to your ear with a whisper of a single word.

"Bogoshipda."

He slowly fades away from you too, and your world goes black.

"Sometimes people don't leave because of selfish reasons, but they know it will only get worse if they stay"
