He stops at a closed door.

Min Y/N

He quietly opens the door and walks around the corner.

Y/N was peacefully sleeping in the hospital bed. Her long eyelashes gently lay atop of her flushed cheeks. Her pale skin contrasted with her long dark hair.

Kookie gets on his knees and gently grabs Y/N's hands. Tears were still flowing down his cheeks, creating puddles on the room's floor.

"Don't leave me," he pleads, setting his head on top of her hands.

He lays with her like that for some long passing moments with no sound other than his sad, long sobs leaving him.

He feels her hand moves.

He lifts his head and sniffles. "Y/N?" He softly says, wiping the liquid coming from his nose.

Y/N's eyes weakly open. Her tired eyes look over at Kookie.

"Sweets," she says as a weak smile goes across her face.

He grips her hands even tighter. "I'm here," he replies with a mirrored smile. "How've you been?"

"Better now that you're here," she weakly replies, gently rubbing her thumb on Kookie's hand.

Tears continued to flow from Kookie, and he didn't know how to make it stop. He wipes his eyes with his open hand.

"Why are you crying?" She tilts her head in confusion.

Kookie looks back at her. "Because you had me scared, silly."

She lightly laughs. "I'm okay though." She looks around the room, then back at Kookie. "What were you going to tell me?"

He looks at her. "What do you mean?"

"You know, before I passed out randomly," she chuckles.

"Oh, right," Kookie remembers. "It was that-"

He hears the door open and looks over in that direction. The smell that filled the room was all too familiar to him.

He looks back at Y/N, putting his hand through her soft hair. "I'll be right back, okay?"

She slowly nods with a smile.

He gently lets go of her hands before getting up from the ground. He walks back around the corner.

"Jimin."

"Bunny."
