You feel a turn in your stomach to the question. You've never felt a feeling like this before.

You pause for a moment. Do you have feelings for someone? You contemplate for a moment.

"I... I don't know," you finally reply, slouching down in the booth.

Taehyung wraps his arm around you. "Well that's good because then I'd have to kick some butt," he chuckles. He looks over at Jimin and the invisible Kookie.

Kookie was silent the whole time. He was able to sneak a few sips of his milk while you and Taehyung were talking.

Jimin, on the other hand, had his jaw dropped the whole time.

"That's right Jimin, don't think about it," Taehyung squints at him.

"R-Right," he nervously laughs. He looks back at you.

Taehyung looks back down at his watch. "Welp, it's time for me to head out." He stands up from the booth. "I'm watching you Jimin," he says before walking away.

Kookie lets out his breath. "Finally I can move!" He cheers, taking a large gulp of his chocolate milk.

The waitress returns with the food. "Here's your burgers!" She sets the platter down along with the tab.

"Thanks!" Kookie says.

Her cheeks filled with a tint of pink. "No problem Sweetie," she smiles.

His smile drops. "It's Kookie! You have no right to call me Sweetie! That's only for Y/N!" He growls.

You grab his arm to pull it back to the table. "Kookie, be respectful!" You shout.

She takes a few steps back. "My apologies," she bows. "I'll know for next time!"

After the waitress walks away, you release Kookie's veiny arm.

"You don't talk to people like that Kookie!" "You loudly whisper.

His chocolate eyes look up at you. "She called me Sweetie!" He whines.

"That does not mean you yell at her!"

His bottom lip pops out. "I'm sorry," he pouts.

You ruffle his hair. "You're fine buddy," you reassure.

"I think it's time for us to head out," Jimin says glancing at his watch.

You nod, getting out of your seat.

Jimin and Kookie get up from the booth as well.

"Will you need a ride?"

You shake your head. "It's pretty nice outside. I think we will walk home," you reply.

"Alrighty, I'll text you later, Y/N," Jimin waves, before leaving.

As you and Kookie begin walking on the sidewalk, you get a text.

Cuz's Creepy Fren 😝: If you ever need someone to listen, I got you. No matter how crazy it is. :)

You: Thanks Chim

After you send the text, you zone out.

Ever since that night he held you to comfort you, he's been different. No, not different, he's been himself again. The trusting and loyal Park Jimin you used to know ever since you were kids. You were glad that he was back to his good old self.

The moon shines through the glass window. Kookie had already gone to sleep. He must've been stuffed from the huge hamburger. His light snores break the silence.

But for some odd reason, you couldn't fall asleep.

You run your fingertips through his hair. It's become such a normal thing to you now, it doesn't faze you. You let out a sigh and look at the ceiling.

"Maybe I just need to gather my thoughts," you mutter to yourself as you carefully get out of bed and walk to the bathroom.

You glance at yourself in the mirror. Dark circles are below your eyes. You must've not slept so well last night. It's as if something has been on your mind, but you don't know what it is.

"What could it be?" You mutter to yourself.

"So, do you have interest in anyone?" The question repeats in your head.

You splash your face with water from the facet, hoping it will wake you up more.

You look down at your phone.

-

"Y/N? Are you okay? It's so late for you to be calling."

"You remember when you said I have you when I need someone to listen no matter how crazy it may be?"

"Of course I do. What's up?"

"I think I'm in love with the Easter Bunny."
