Kelly's Pov:
Today is getting weirder. Kevin has got home just now. Hunter has been calling me 50 times! And Charles, my ex best friend keep on texting me rude words. Should I forgive Hunter? I mean his my best friend and all. We never get into a fight. I sighed. I shakily type his phone number and put my phone up to my ear. When the third ring came, he picked up.
"Kitty? Look, I am so sorry. I didn't mean to say all that words to you. I don't want to lose you. Me and Charles are not together. We just wanted to hang out. Then, she started talking bad about you. At first, She thought that I don't know you. But then when I say that we're best friends, she still talk bad about the things you didn't do to break our friendship and-"
"Stop rambling idiot. I forgive you, but promise me to not do say things like this again?" I say to him.
"Pwomise," He replied like a 5 year old
"So... can you buy me skittles?" I asked
"Sure, how many?"
"Hmm... 20!" I replied
"Fine, then we will have a movie night," He says
I heard him muttered "Only you," before hanging up. Okay... that's weird.
I waited for him patiently. I went to the living room sofa to open the tv. About thirty minutes later, the doorbell rang. I got up and open the door and saw a smiling Hunter.
"Since when did you start ringing the doorbell? I thought you would just come in," I asked dryly
"I don't know, maybe since the first time I met you?" He replied sarcastically
"Whatever, my skittles?" I replied tapping my foot.
"Ouch I am hurt! I came here for you and all you say is 'whatever,my skittles?'" He mocked, faking hurt.
"Gimme' now," I demand
He rolled his eye's and give me the skittles. My eye's lit up as I opened one of them.
"Alright, you may go know," I said to him
"What? I thought we were going to have a movie night," He pouts.
"Fine,"
I let him in and closed the door behind me. We walked our way to my room in silence. I almost stumbled on my way there but hold on to the railing. I went in my room sitting on the edge of my bed. We were silence for awhile when Hunter say
"Are we just going to mute ourselves or are going to watch some movies?" He asked
"Watch some movies," I replied in a 'duh' tone.
He started looking for something to watch as I stared at him. A strand of his hair fell on his eyes. I had the urge to reach out for it but got hold of myself. He turned and held my gaze for awhile, grinning like a cheshire cat. He just put on a random dvd and start the show.
We fell into a peaceful silence. No tension filled the air. At the corner of my eye, I saw him closing his eye's but opened them back to be awake. The movie almost came to an end when I say
"Lets go to sleep, you look like a puppy trying to be awake,"
"That's because I am," He replied as if it was the obvious thing in the world.
I rolled my eye's. Even when I try not to, I can't
"Yeah keep rolling your eyes because someday you might have a brain back there," Hunter said, yawning.
I closed the tv and rest beside him. My eye's flutter closed and murmured a 'goodnight' to him.
"Goodnight kitty," was all I heard until I fell into deep sleep.

I woke up feeling the absence beside me. I got up and opened the window and saw the sun rose like any other day. Delicate yellows and reds filling the sky and tinting the pale cliff. But the picturesque site was not what I love most about sunrise, I love how it resembles hope and the promise of adventure. I closed my eye's as the wind swept by, creating my messy hair move in all directions.
"What are you thinking about?" Hunter asked ruining my moment.
I huff and turned around. I yelp and closed my innocent eye's.
"Wha.. what the heck do you think standing in my room in nothing but a towel?" I asked stumbling over my words.
"Seriously Kitty? You have seen more than this," He replied casually.
Its true actually, when we were 10, we accidentally saw each other naked. It was the most embarrassing day. That we didn't even talk to each for like the whole day!
"That was a few years ago," I said hiding my flushed face.
He opened my drawer and took out my plain white baggy t-shirt that fit on him and his jeans that I used to keep... a long time ago.
"I am going to bathe," I mumbled and walk to the bathroom taking my towel along the way.
After like a few minutes of hot bath, I usually wear jeans paired with a blouse, and my converse shoe. I brush my hair and put on my make-up. I then walk downstairs and grab a packet of skittle eating it amd walking outside the house. I saw Hunter leaning on the wall and texting someone. When he finally look up he smiled tenderly.
"Do you want to ditch school?" He asked.
"I don't really like ditching school but since I am not in a mood of going to school then sure," I replied
We began walking the opposite way of school.
"Where we going?" I asked
"The beach," He replied grinning and smirking at the same time.
We walked side by side towards the beach. Today is going to be fun. I thought.
Sure, it is indeed going to be fun...
