At the Mikaelson Mansion

Klaus looked at the clock, not understanding Elijah being late for the special vampire soire. It was not the Original's custom to be late ever. He dialled his number now. But it went straight to voicemail.

"There is only one excuse you can have for not answering and - it would be - you saying you are busy with your wife-"

And as he hung up, Elena swished in the Mansion, all dressed up for the dinner the Hybrid was holding.

"Well, at least someone is punctual."- Klaus now said smirking charmingly at Elena.

"What do you mean? Elijah is not here?"- Elena now asked.

"No. I have tried to call him, but - there is no answer. I thought that - maybe you were late because - well- but"

"But - he is -"- Elena sighed a little-"So much about promises." 

"I do not believe he is with Hayley."- Klaus now said-"as I have seen her earlier go off with the Crescent Alpha.

"It doesn't make sense."- Elena said-"how can he disappear- he is-"

"We have told you that the threat that looms upon us is very real. All you have experienced in Mystic Falls doesn't come close to what had brewing for centuries regarding us. That was one of the reasons I have - wanted to trigger my wolf side."

Elena now felt her blood rise and all the old memories of the ritual and him draining her to the point of her death shot back like it had happened yesterday. But she felt that. It now it was not the time nor the place to go there. She now wanted to know where Elijah was, as she was now had an unusual punch in the gut. Elena took a deep breath swaying like she was kicked.

"What is in the matter?"- the hybrid now asked concerned.

Elena, who now caught a bit of breath back, now slipped-

"He is - not good."- Elena now said. 

The hybrid looked at the doppelganger quizzicaly.

"I don't know - how- but I can feel him. And - something is not right."

Klaus now dialled Davina's number.

In the Old LaRue Asylum

"I waited for this so long"- Josephine LaRue said as she walked in the cellars of the Asylum.

Elijah, chained up looked at the old witch trying to make sense of the whole situation, and why he was taken.

"Should not have returned to New Orleans, wretched being."- Josephine now stuck a dagger in the Originals heart, then cutting a tiny piece out, mumbling words of the darkest magic known to men.

As she pulled the dagger out, and Elijah returned to his regenerated self.

"Do what you want with him."- the old witch said as she exited.

The other LaRue witch now took another dagger laced with white oak dust and vervein sticking it into Elijah's gut.

The Original screamed in terrible pain.

In the Mikaelson Mansion, Davina tried to locate Elijah, but it was to no avail.

"They are blocking me."- Davina said.

"I should have killed all the witches in this cursed town."- Klaus now raged.
