Chapter 17 - First Mission Together

*Haeseul's POV*

I got ready and left the house to meet my sidekick.

Hae, are you done? I'm already here.

To: 970406
I just left. Be there in 10.

After I press the send button, I start up my car. Time to do some assassinating. I smirked and drove away from my home to pick my side kick up.

Once I reached the destination, I stopped in the middle of the road. My sidekick casually strolls to where my car is and tried opening the door.

I smirked and turned to my right, still seeing him trying to open the door. I rolled down the window and asked him for the password.

"Seriously, Hae? Password? How childish can you get?" - He said.

"I'd never know if it's not my Ah Dae Ra." - I replied. Yes. His name is Ah Dae Ra. No matter how you look at it, it's more of a girl's name, but no, he's a man. It's a he. But I just love to call him Ah Dae. I don't know. I just do.

"Food over Ah Dae Ra. But Ah Dae Ra over the table." - He said. I laughed, but unlock the door.

"Fuck you for coming up with such password. For all people could think of is, you're kinky as fuck, but it's actually because of our reunion that day." - He said as he enters my car.

I looked at him and drove off to our destination.

A new mission has started...

We took our necessary equipment out and get into our positions.

"Hae, time to break a leg."

"Some you mean, Ah Dae... Some..."

"Oh right, some. Back to the mission."

We were hiding behind a bush near a mansion. We've gotten some information from the boss that we need to take out the mafia's family, also known as the Jungs, for smuggling all kinds of drugs and illegal armories that could harm anybody since they're not licensed to be in the position of such weapons and items.

Apparently, they have succeeded in smuggling some drugs and they're having an after party for the success of their mission.

Ah Dae and I had our equipment on and climb up the wall from their backyard as in order to enter from their front door, you need the invitation card. Which superhero or supervillain would ever need an invitation card?

"What's your plan now that we're on the highest floor?" - Ah Dae asked.

I smirked while continuing to place the bombs in its positions.

"We're gonna blow this thing up."

"Have you lost your mind? If we are blowing this level up, how are we going to escape?!" - He retorted. 

"Do you trust this assassin? If you don't, then get the fuck out." I looked at him and push him away while pressing a certain button on the remote.

"BOOM!!!"

As the walls blew up, I covered Ah Dae using my whole body.

"Rule number 10, if you're an assassin who has been working with me for a longer period of time, you shall never put those who just joined at risk. As much as I don't want to lose the older assassins, I believe that the older ones would still come back alive to me."
