Paul's POV
It's fucking Wednesday and I haven't seen or heard from my woman in a while. I miss her and the way she seemed to make everything so chill, or have us laughing. It's kind of dull without her now. Everything is back to how it used to me. I'm more invisible to my friends than ever too. So at lunch time I ask everyone else have they seen or heard from her. "I haven't." Adrian said, "But that's normal. I piss her off and she pisses me off on a daily note." He adds. "I haven't talked to her since the party." Zack says. "Last time I saw her she disappeared into the crowd." Will remarked. "I think something's wrong. Even if she's mad at me. We still make small talk every now and then." Javier finally says. "Well. It's your fault you didn't stay by her side the whole time. Who knows what she got into at the party. It was packed with people she don't know and people who don't like her equally!" I exclaimed to Javier. "Then bitch where were you then? Why didn't you look after her?! I'm not her fucking father. I'm her best friend. I gave her space because she's a big girl! I don't need to follow her around like she's five years old! Damn you blaming me for her not coming around! How the fuck you think I feel? Shit, I pushed everyone out that night and got drunk. I don't remember how I even got home that night. So leave me alone for today Paul. I don't need your broke ass trying to preach to me about my friends okay?" He retorted getting up to walk away. That was the coldest thing Javier has ever said to me. It made me angry, but I also felt remorse for him. It must be hard for him too not speaking to or seeing her for this long. "Paul. Let him go." Will said. I'd started to go after him to apologize. But I was stopped.
When I saw my boo walk out I followed behind him. I took the other way around so I could walk into him. When I walked around the corner he bumped into me. "Watch where you going damn," I smiled. "Sorry girl." He didn't even look at me. "That wasn't even fucking sincere like what the fuck is wrong with you," I asked. "What the fuck do you want? I'm obviously not up for any interaction with humans so why would you think I'm down to be interacting with wild animals?" He snapped at me."You acting like a wild animal yourself bumping into people like you ain't got no fucking sense, the fuck nigga," I snarled back at him. "Bitch I didn't bump into you. You bumped into me like you don't have any got damn sense. Do you realize that I'm the least bit interested in your ass? Stop trying to grab my attention." This nigga just came for my neck! "Just because your little friend missing, don't take shit out on me!"I retorted. "Whatever Tiana. Bye." He stated and turned to walk away.
Angel's POV
I was just chilling in my room, when a call came through on my phone. It was my parents. I definitely wasn't trying to do this right now. I sucked it up and answered. "Hello," I answered. "Angelique we got a call saying you haven't been to school all week. What is going on young lady?" My dad asked me. "I just don't feel good okay, nothings really up I promise," I lied. "I want to know if anything or anyone is messing with you hija. Please show up tomorrow and Friday. Your mother and I love you very much. Do you want us to come home early? We will." He said. "I'm fine dad. Please don't, just enjoy yourself okay. I'll make sure to go okay," I sighed. "Okay. I'm worried for you baby girl. Love you. Talk soon." My dad said before he hung up.
Thursday,
I got up and got dressed. I really wasn't even in the mood to go to school this morning, but I didn't want to ruin my parents vacation either. I hopped in my car, and headed to Starbucks before I went to school. "Hey Angel." I heard someone say as I waited for my coffee. I ignored them grabbed my coffee then was on my way to school.
Will's POV
When Angel ignored me I knew something was up. I let it slide and left a few minutes after she did. When I got to school I found Zack and told him what happened. "Maybe she just needs alone time." He said. "But you think she'd let us know. I feel like one of us did something and she just holding it in." I confessed. "Maybe she's on her period and she wants to be alone." After that was said I left Zack alone. He could be right, but I still think something else is wrong.
